This article is of purely practical importance. Here I want to give the basic attitudes that are needed by everyone who raises his own, removes self-restraints and learns to accept all good things in his life, in order to learn how to truly attract and success into his life.

What is it for? What is this kind of attitude for?

It's simple. Attunements are complexes of positive programs, by speaking which you form in your consciousness and subconsciousness positive attitudes, beliefs, feelings, contributing to the attraction of positive into your life. Step 1. All restrictions and self-restrictions must be written down on paper and clearly seen - what restrictions are, how they work and what are they based on.

For example:

- I do not have the right to wealth, success and big money, to be a successful businessman and leader because ... (I am weak, I do not know how much, I am considered not very smart and lucky, etc.).

- for luck, and I have no right, because ... (write down why, everything that comes from within: because I was born to suffer, I was always considered a failure, because there is a lot of negativity in me - anger, pain, resentment, and I never not get rid of, etc.).

- I do not have the right to independence and self-sufficiency, because I ... (I have always been dependent on my parents, on my family, on ..., I have always been weak and vulnerable with this, I’m so used to it and I can’t do it anymore ..., etc. .).

Step 2. Give yourself the right to all the best, to be positive in everything. Or rather, to accept from above this God-given right with all your heart, with all your soul!

Here are examples of key positive attitudes (belief constructs) that absolutely every person and his soul needs.:

- I am a good positive person - I have the right to light in my Soul, to believe in my heart, to positively change my life, to the help and forgiveness of God, I also have the right, because I change, grow, strive for truth and correction of mistakes.

- I have the right to positive changes and constant growth, to the growth of joy in my heart, to the growth of strength and mind - I accept a God-given right.

- I give myself the right to be free from negativity and evil, to become better, stronger and brighter every day. I give myself the right to open my Soul, to experience happiness and joy constantly, continuously.

- I accept the right, given by my Creator, to grow and change faster and faster, with maximum speed! I accept the God-given right to free myself from everything old, weak, obsolete, and I accept into my soul and destiny the maximum Light, everything new and strong that God gives me.

- I accept the right from my Creator to become a strong and worthy person, to achieve success, influence, spiritual strength and material well-being in this life.

- I give myself the right to achieve strength, independence and invulnerability, to get rid of weakness and evil, to protect myself and everything that is dear to me. I have the right to defend myself and I want to learn how to do it with dignity.

- I accept the right, given to me by God, to wealth, to big and light money, to manage money, to have power over money. I want to manage money, not for them to manage me. I have a right to it and I am learning it.

- I have the right to influence the world around me and people to make them better. I have the right to enrich this world spiritually and materially, to create and create, to bring something beautiful and important into it. I accept the right given by God to help people, teach them to shed light, free them from delusions and weaknesses, instill optimism and faith, etc.

- I have the right to take into my life all the best and new, all the most perfect and advanced technologies, so that they make my life more comfortable, faster, more efficient and more beautiful.

- I gratefully accept the right, given to me by the Creator, to live in the Light, in streams of light and with joy in my heart, to feel my own and enjoy life.

- I accept the right to everything good, positive, the best, the right to everything in my life with great gratitude to God and the world, with great pleasure and pleasure.

Try to read these attitudes in a meditative or semi-meditative state, having previously filled yourself with a stream of light through the crown of the head several times and turned it on. When reading, if you do everything correctly, your energy will grow, light and joy will become more and more, confidence, connection with your Soul and with God will also grow.

I have already said that our attitudes play an important, and practically the main role in shaping our life and mood. If you are used to constantly suffering and complaining, it means that you have such an attitude, you focus your attention on the negative. And if you believe in the best and enjoy every day, then you have a positive attitude.

Positive attitude plays a very large role, with its help you can completely change your life, you just need to learn to catch yourself on negative, bad thoughts, erase them and replace them with positive ones.

It is important to maintain a great mood at all times - make it a rule for yourself! Yes, humans are not robots, and we cannot laugh and smile all the time. But you shouldn't be constantly worried, angry and worried either. If you learn to be in a good mood in the morning, believe me, your life will become easier and more joyful. I have tried everything on myself, and from my own experience I know about the importance of the correct setting for the day. Today I want to give you some helpful tips on how to create such a setup for yourself.

How to create a positive attitude

The mood for the whole day is created in the morning. Yes, in the morning I really do not want to get up and go to work, I want to sleep and oppressive and unpleasant thoughts come to my head that this work has already bored you for a long time, that today you have a hard day, that today you have a lot of things to do, and you are tired and you don't feel well, and so on and so forth. Tell yourself "Stop!" and stop this stream of thoughts. It is very important to catch yourself in the first minutes after waking up, stretch out sweetly and, feeling warmth and love in your heart (as you can read it), say mentally or aloud: "Today I am waiting for a wonderful day and many pleasant surprises!" Just be sure to feel it with your heart, one might say breathe it in with your heart (breathe in love and breathe it out into your space). Then, get out of bed with the word "Easy!" (that is, you need to say this when you lower your legs and get out of bed).

Our physical well-being should also be at a good level. Morning exercises help to recharge with vivacity, so do not be lazy at least 10-15 minutes to stretch your muscles. It is advisable to do energy exercises as well. The principle is this:

Take a deep breath through the heart - exhale into the ground.

Deep breath from the ground, hold in the heart, exhale through the crown of the head into the sky.

Take a deep breath through the crown, hold in the heart, exhale into the ground, and back.

So you can breathe 3-5 times. This breathing saturates the cells with oxygen and directs the flow of energy in the right direction. By doing this breathing every day, you will feel better, if there are problems with sleep, they will disappear, you will become calmer and more joyful. At first, dizziness is possible due to an excess of oxygen and energy, but then all this will pass.

Another important tip is to learn how to relax and unwind. Do not take work home, do not bring home your work problems, do not try to do everything and be in time, as you know “you cannot redo all the work and you won’t earn all the money”. If you do not have time to do something at work, reconsider your work schedule. Learn to separate home and work, personal and business. Your home is your fortress, this is your rear, this is your resting place, this is your personal world. Stop stealing this rest and your personal time from yourself, learn to distribute your strength, your time and your energy. Everything has its time and place. We did not come here to "plow like horses" or "spin like a squirrel in a wheel." We came here to learn to love and be happy.

Learn to do everything with pleasure - both work and rest, and never lose your courage!

6 steps to a mental attitude for success

Formulate the essence

First, formulate the essence of the problem for yourself. Either you want to give up a bad habit, or go to university, or lose weight. Having reached the depths of your subconscious, you can even make yourself a mindset for recovery.

Build a chain of intent

Determine your intention in this situation: what do you want to get in the end. For example, by entering a university, you can gain new knowledge and find a dream job. Trace a chain of intentions (or chains if you have multiple intentions) and define a deep state.

It should look something like this:

Why go to university? - to gain new knowledge - why? - find a decent job in your specialty - why? - to build a career - why? - make a lot of money - why? - get stability.

It turns out that stability is your deepest state. This is exactly what you want on the subconscious level.

Live through every link in the chain

Psychologists also recommend mentally living through each of the stages of your deep state (gaining knowledge, career, stability). To do this, you need to imagine the line that you have built, stand at its beginning and define the problem, then you need to take a step to the point of intention and feel it, live this state as much as possible, then take a step to the next link in the chain, and also fully feel it on yourself and so on until you reach the level of a deep state.

Anchor states

It is important not just to mentally live this or that state, but to get used to each of them as much as possible. In psychology, there is such a concept as "anchoring a state" - in other words, firmly gain a foothold in it. This can take a long time, but remember that the end result is important to you.

Follow the chain back

Now the return route. From stability, you must come to the starting point - entering the university. Go back from stability to making a lot of money. Having mentally passed from beginning to end and having lived each of the states, how does this point seem to you now? Maybe more calm - now you do not lose your head from a heap of money, you will be able to use it rationally, etc. Then from “make a lot of money” to “build a career”, from “build a career” to “find a dream job” and ... you get the idea.

Understand "future self"

Having lived each of the states as much as possible, you can safely equate stability and admission to the university. And then ask yourself: how will you behave now? What will you do in order to get closer to solving the task at hand? And most importantly, do not forget to ask yourself: how will your life change and do you really need it?

Surely everyone is familiar with such words as autogenous training or auto-training. These are psychotherapeutic techniques based on self-hypnosis with simultaneous muscle relaxation and self-education. There are modern working theories that say that all our illnesses come from the subconscious and the attitudes that we most often unconsciously give to it. This also includes the famous placebo effect, when patients were given simple glucose instead of medicine, suggesting that this is the best medicine. Patients who received glucose instead of medication and correct attitudes recovered much faster than patients who simply received medication without any suggestions.

But far from everyone knows how to correctly set such attitudes to oneself or to others. But the wrong attitude will work exclusively against you. The basic rules of auto-training are very simple, the main thing is to know, remember and apply them accordingly.

  1. Our subconscious mind does not perceive the particle not... This means that when we say to ourselves, for example, “I will not be late,” then we will be 100% late. It is enough to say to myself “I will be in time” and the picture will radically change. Likewise, if we do not want to get sick, we must say to ourselves not "I will not get sick," but "I will be healthy." That is, the attitudes should be positive, without a particle of “not”.
  2. The installation should be clearly limited in time, but at the same time real. “I’ll lose weight” will not work, but “I’ll lose two kilograms this week” will give the expected effect for sure.

And of course, there must be a motive for action. Something that can, besides words and attitudes, make you act, and not just sit and dream about how everything will be fine.

We all buy clothes. For some, this process is outrageously simple: a person goes to the store and buys what he likes. And there is another kind of people who are trying to buy the same clothes, but much cheaper. These people know that men's and women's clothing is slightly cheaper at online stores. Therefore, they go to regular stores, looking for something that they like and already at home buy it via the Internet. Personally, that's exactly what I do.

Thus, one can easily plunge into this special state at will. This approach is called self-hypnosis... Conditions for conducting a self-hypnosis session: a comfortable chair, light, relaxing music, a soothing aroma of aromatic oils, a quiet and peaceful place, privacy.

The order of the session: sit in a chair, choose a comfortable posture, put your feet firmly on the floor, put your hands on your knees. Relax. Give yourself a mental attitude: "relax and I will be healthy." Listen to the sounds of the music as if passing them through you. Smell the aromatic oil, inhale and exhale three times deeply and slowly.

Choose a point in front of you at a distance of about two meters and look very carefully only at it, not being distracted by anything else. Your further task is not to move, so that the body "falls asleep" with awake consciousness. And when you sit down so comfortably and concentrate all your attention on relaxing music, on the pleasant smells of aromatic oil and on the chosen point in front of you, allow yourself to relax. Give yourself the following commands in your mind, repeating them as many times as necessary to imagine and feel the action, but at least five times:

- I am relaxing…

- the muscles of the legs relax, they are filled with warmth

- the muscles of my legs are filled with lead, they get heavy, they are heavy

- the muscles of my arms relax, they are filled with warmth

- the muscles of my arms are filled with lead, they are heavy

- I relax even more

- my spine is like a string

- my back muscles relax, relax even more

- my back muscles are relaxed

- the abdominal muscles relax, I am completely relaxed

- the muscles of my face are filled with warmth, they relax

- the muscles of the forehead relax, the muscles around the eyes are completely relaxed

- my eyes want to blink and close, they close

- my eyes are closed, I am completely relaxed

Giving ourselves the right mindset

Further words are also pronounced mentally. "Grasp" the very essence and pronounce them in a free interpretation, but you can also learn them by heart:

“While my conscious mind can hear and analyze sounds, aromas, think, my unconscious mind is focused on sensations in the body and realizes that I am in a deep trance ... And I give myself time for my subconscious to work on unresolved problems ( you can give yourself an installation to solve a specific problem), while I, without thinking about anything in particular, focus on my inner sensations and mentally count from 1 to 10, while sinking deeper and deeper with each count into a trance state. And when I say 10, my subconscious mind will remember this state of trance, and next time, I will plunge into it 5 times deeper than now. One, deeper and deeper ... Two, deeper and deeper ... (and so on until ten). Sleep!"

Give yourself time to enjoy the trance state while your subconscious mind works on unresolved problems or any other task you give it through the installation.
