All the years MBOU "Gymnasium No. 13" has been dynamically developing, introducing modern educational technologies and variability of curricula into the educational process. For the full and comprehensive development of the gymnasium, a qualitative analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the school's potential is necessary.

A SWOT analysis of the work of the gymnasium for the academic year 2012-2013 is the final form of such an analysis.

The SWOT analysis was carried out in the form of an open individual interview with members of the gymnasium administration, as well as heads of subject departments.

Thus, at the moment, in the gymnasium, 8 classes of elementary school are taught according to the Federal State Educational Standard of the LEO (1-a, b, c; 2-a, b, c, d; 3-c);
  • Conditions have been created for the fulfillment of the Federal educational standards of primary general education;
  • The gymnasium has potential and all conditions have been created for a gradual transition to the FSES LLC from the 2013-2014 academic year;

In the teaching staff of the educational institution that has chosen the development mode, there is a constant analysis of activities and on the basis of its results, on the basis of constant communication, obtaining new information, diagnostics of the current state of affairs is carried out.

Pedagogical analysis solves not only technical problems, but contributes to the development of each teacher individually. A well-organized pedagogical analysis influences the level of teaching and, consequently, the quality of education. Pedagogical analysis is one of the control methods, where, as a result of observation, the activities of all participants in the educational process are assessed.

The effectiveness of pedagogical analysis will depend on purposefulness, objectivity, mass character, systematicity. Maintaining the monitoring of pedagogical analysis will directly affect its effectiveness, will give the team knowledge about the different aspects of the school's activities.

Municipal budgetary educational institution Polovinkinskaya secondary school carries out its activities on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", the model Regulations on an educational institution, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.03.01. No. 196, Federal Program for the Development of Education, approved on 10.04.2000.
