1. Goals and tasks of practice

The main goal of pre-diploma practice is the practical application of basic and special knowledge obtained during the training; Acquisition of professional skills, the formation of practical-oriented competencies in accordance with the types of professional activities provided for educational standards, as well as the preparation of students to fulfill the exhaust qualification (thesis) work and future professional activities.

Tasks of practice include:

- collection, generalization and analysis of the actual material assembled in accordance with the practice program necessary to fill the diary in practice and the final qualification (thesis) work;

- the study of scientific, educational and methodical and periodic literature, regulatory and legal information on the theory and practice of the problem under study in the field of state and municipal management;

- analysis of the provisions of cases, evolution, evolution, assessment and diagnostics of problems in the field of state and municipal administration;

- implementation of individual functions (works) of employees of the organization, authorities in the direction of state and municipal management;

- Development of proposals for the management of the organization, authorities (including structural divisions) to address the problems identified, improving certain types of activities;

- Justification of the effectiveness of proposals offered, directions of development in the field of state and municipal management.

The completeness and the degree of detail of solving the tasks of practitioners are determined by the characteristics of the organization, the authority of the power (including the structural unit) - the practice of practice, the theme of the final qualification (thesis) work and are reflected in the individual task into practice.


In practice, students should learn issues related to the fundamental principles of the organization (authority), which is directly related to the topic of the final qualification (thesis) work.

3. Task for practice

1. The practical application of basic and special knowledge obtained in the process of learning in the university;

3. Analysis of regulatory acts, documents regulating the activities of the Organization in order to identify the general principles of its functioning, organization of documentation management and its individual directions;

4. Study of organizational and legal form, functions, tasks, organizational structure of the enterprise (organization, institution);

5. Study of official duties of specialists, employees, employees of the organization;

6. Studying the system, order and technology of preparation, adoption and documenting specific management decisions;

7. Acquisition of the skills of drawing up and developing forms of documents formed in the organization's activities;

8. Practical development of various forms and methods of management activities;

9. Development of self-analyzing skills, work with documents, interaction with individuals and legal entities;

10. Formation of professional interest, sense of responsibility and respect for the chosen profession;

4. Plan-schedule of practice

In accordance with GEF in the direction of 33.03.04 - "State and Municipal Management" Production (pre-diploma) practice has a duration of 20 (24) working days (4 weeks) for students of full-time learning. In accordance with the curriculum, the total labor intensity of the production (pre-diploma) practice is 6 credit units (216 hours).

Practice report

The practice report is the main document characterizing the work of the student during practice. The report is drawn up in accordance with the Program of Practice and includes materials reflecting the fulfillment by the student of individual tasks. The report should be drawn up as the material accumulated on the diary daily accumulates.

The regulatory volume of the report is 25-35 pages of standard computer text on A4 paper sheets.

The second section of the report is analytical,contains the overall characteristics of the state or municipal government (institution, enterprise), including goals, objectives, basic regulatory documents, organizational structure, activities, the dynamics of the main indicators over the past three calendar years, identified problems and proposed solutions corresponding to the rationale for efficiency.

Descriptions must be compressed, clear and accompanied by digital data, tables.

The registration of the report is carried out according to the requirements for the design of final qualifying works, placed on the official website of the Department "State, Municipal Management and Customs" - "Student" - "To help the diplomany" - "Requirements for the content, design and procedure for execution of WRC."

Introduction

Educational practice is the necessary component of the educational process on the training of specialists in the specialty "State and Municipal Management". The practice is aimed at a deeper assimilation of management issues in the divisions of state and municipal organizations based on theoretical knowledge obtained in the study of general professional disciplines, improving the quality of vocational training, consolidating knowledge on managerial, legal and economic disciplines, which were studied under the curriculum in the specialty " State and Municipal Management.
