Introduction
The paper presents materials for testing in the profession "Operator of sewing equipment".
Control is one of the most important stages of learning. It activates the cognitive activity of students, allows you to obtain data on the intermediate and final results of the educational process, evaluate them by comparing them with the planned results, make the necessary adjustments to the educational process and outline ways for its further improvement.
The choice of methods and means of control is complicated by a variety of types of educational activities and the need to ensure, on the one hand, the completeness of coverage of the material covered and all students, on the other hand, the objectivity and efficiency of obtaining the result.
Recently, tests have found more and more widespread use as a control method. Such tasks allow:
- for a relatively short period of time, check a significant amount of educational material from a sufficiently large number of students;
- promptly receive the results of the survey;
- to consolidate the knowledge gained, to systematize it, to identify the main and secondary, to establish a logical connection between objects and phenomena;
- to ensure the individual development of the student.
Tests should be designed taking into account the requirements for validity (reliability) and used systematically, only then the test results will be objective.
For the certification of students for the compliance of their personal achievements with the requirements of the corresponding professional educational program, funds of assessment tools should be created that allow assessing knowledge, skills and mastered competencies in the organization of current and intermediate certification.
It is necessary to clearly formulate the goals of testing (namely, teaching, determining the level of knowledge, repetition of the material, solving a specific problem, creative use of knowledge, etc.) and the appropriate use of tests in the educational process according to the purpose.
For the objectivity of assessment testing, it is necessary to apply test methods that are uniform in relation to all groups of students.
The test should include as many tasks of various types as possible, as this increases the reliability of its results.
Questions in tests should not test memorization of individual facts, but encourage students to use the knowledge gained.
Pay attention to clear language, unambiguity of terms used in the test. Test items should be clear to learners.
The proposed sample tasks for testing knowledge are designed to assess the learning outcomes in the disciplines of the professional cycle. It is recommended to control the knowledge of students based on the results of studying individual topics, sections, based on the results of studying the course.

III. Test Job Specification
IV. Test work plan
For a relatively short period of time, check a significant amount of educational material from a sufficiently large number of students;
Promptly receive the results of the survey;
To consolidate the knowledge gained, to systematize it, to identify the main and secondary, to establish a logical connection between objects and phenomena;
Provide individual development of the student.
1. Tests should be compiled taking into account the requirements for validity (reliability) and used systematically, only then the test results will be objective.
2. For attestation of students for the compliance of their personal achievements with the requirements of the corresponding professional educational program, funds of assessment tools should be created to assess knowledge, skills and mastered competencies in the organization of current and intermediate attestation.
3. It is necessary to clearly formulate the objectives of testing (namely, teaching, determining the level of knowledge, repetition of material, solving a specific problem, creative use of knowledge, etc.) and appropriate use of tests in the educational process according to the purpose.
4. For the objectivity of assessment testing, it is necessary to apply test methods that are uniform in relation to all groups of students.
5. The test should include as many tasks of various types as possible, as this increases the reliability of its results.
6. Questions in tests should not check memorization of individual facts, but encourage students to use the knowledge gained.
7. Pay attention to clear language, unambiguity of terms used in the test. Test items should be clear to learners.
I am confident that the implementation of these recommendations will ensure that teachers are successful in organizing control and evaluation activities, the results of which will not lead to disappointment in the work performed.
The proposed sample tasks for testing knowledge are designed to assess the learning outcomes in the disciplines of the professional cycle. It is recommended to control the knowledge of students based on the results of studying individual topics, sections, based on the results of studying the course.
