How to calculate the working time rate in 2018 at the six-day working week

For organizations with five-day and six-day working Weekth process of calculation is the same.

Attention! Companies from the six-day working weeks are counting on the standard of working time in 2018 in the five-day.

However, if you multiply working days on working hours, then the resulting number of working hours per month at a six-day week may not correspond to the number of working hours per month at five days.

For example: Take October 2018. The norm of working time this month for the five-day week is set in the amount of 184 hours.

And what happens at the six days: (23 weekdays days * 7 working hours) + (4 Saturdays * 5 working hours) \u003d 181 hours.

What to do with discrepancies? Do not do anything with them. This is just a purely arithmetic discrepancy. According to Article 129, Article 9 and Article 91 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, where the concepts of salary and overtime work are prescribed, these discrepancies can not affect the salary of the employee. But the company's accountant with a six-day schedule should be stored accurate data.

Also links you can download the production calendar for 2018 at the six-day working week in a suitable format. It provides a norm of working time for months, quarters and 2018 as a whole, as well as the number of workers and weekends at the six-day working week with one day off.

Working time standards in 2018

The norm of working time for certain periods of time is calculated on the calculated schedule of the five-day working week with two days off on Saturday and Sunday based on the next duration of daily work (shift):

  • at a 40-hour working week - 8 hours;
  • with the duration of the working week less than 40 hours - the number of hours obtained as a result of dividing the established duration of the working week for five days.

On the eve of non-working holiday days, working time reduction per 1 hour (Article 95 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).

For example, in January 2018, at a five-day working week with two weekends, 17 working days and 14 days off. Therefore, the norm of working time in January 2018 Goa is:

  • at the 40-hour working week - 136 hours (40 h: 5 days. × 17 days);
  • at the 36-hour working week - 122.4 hours (36 hours: 5 days. × 17 days);
  • at a 24-hour week - 81.6 hours (24 hours: 5 days. × 17 days.).

The norm of working time for 2018 is the total amount of days and watches to be operated during a certain period by each employee. The standard is convenient to keep track of the production calendar. It contains monthly calculations of workers, weekends, holidays and working hours norms for different labor weeks. As a basis, when removing regulatory values, the provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the order of the Ministry of Health of the Ministry of Health of August 13, 2009 No. 588n "On the procedure for calculating the standards of working time" was taken.

Working Norm 2018

Definition of testing standard is necessary for the implementation of monthly salary accruals. If the amount of spent time on the tablel complies with the standard, an employee can count on obtaining a full amount of remuneration prescribed in labor agreement. If the spent hours are less than the norm, the amount of the salary and the premium dependent on it will decrease in proportion to the development.

Actual working time rate for 2018 - Table:

The norm of working time for the 2018 reporting year is broken down by months, due to the unequal duration of labor weeks for different categories of personnel. In the standard version, the weekly test rate is 40 o'clock (8 hours daily with two days off, one of which falls on Sunday). For some groups of workers, the employer is obliged to establish the abbreviated duration of working time - 36 hours per week or 24 hours (with daily workout of 7.2 and 4.8 hours, respectively).

An independent calculation of the test standard may be needed and in the event that the enterprise employs minor workers. Limit values \u200b\u200bfor the duration of daily labor for them are defined by Art. 94 TK RF.

Monthly working time rate for 2018 the lowest is low in January. Conducted by a long New Year holidays. For February, one public holiday falls out, before this date, working day for all workers should be reduced by 1 hour.

Duration of working time affects and transferred weekends and holidays. For 2018, the list of such transfer was approved by the government in the decision of 10/14/2017 No. 1250. The norm of working time for March 2018 takes into account the holiday and transfer from January 6. During this month, two additional vacation days were formed during the month and one short-range working day.

The transfer was adjusted by the work schedule and in April. In May, there are characteristic breaks for this month on the "long" weekend.

The norm of working time for June 2018 contains the transfer of the day off, implemented within one month. An hourly standard of working out is set to the public holiday on June 12 and shortened shift on the eve (20 working days x 8 hours in each slave. Day - 1 hour of reduction before the holiday \u003d 159 hours a month).

The norm of working time in July 2018 does not have a "festive" nuances, it reflects only full working days. Consider an example of calculating the July standard:

  • with reference to the base 40-hour week - 176 hours (22 slave. Just x 8 hours of daily work);
  • for a 36-hour weekly generation, a standard of 158.4 hours is used (22 slave days x 7.2 hours of work per day);
  • with a 24-hour weekly norm, the hour's time of working time for a month will be 105.6 hours (22 slave hours of 4.8 hours of daily work).

The norm of working time in August 2018 does not contain festive or abbreviated days. Optional days There is no rest in September-October. For November, one holiday falls, but there is no reduction in the working day. In December, there is an in-minute transfer and 1 short-range day 29.

The formula for calculating the rate of working time

The time-time standard for a certain month is calculated according to the following algorithm:

The duration of the labor week in the clock / 5 x number of working days in a specific month of the production calendar for a five-day working week - the clock on which the working time has been drawn in the past month in pre-holiday dates.

Annual working time rate is calculated in the same way, only for calculation the number of all working days per year and the average annual number of hours to which work is reduced during pre-holiday days is being taken.

It should be borne in mind that the normal duration of the working week should not exceed 40 hours, including at the "six days" (Art. 91 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).

Norma with a summable accounting

With a summarized accounting of the work time, the accountant must be focused on the standards approved at the enterprise of the estimated interval without binding separately by every month. During one such interval, the worker on the table can alternate the gaps of processing and flaws, and at the total amount of the time for the desired period, the standard is observed.

For example, time hours of working time for 2018 in the range of dates from January to March at a 40-hour week are equal to 446 hours. (136 hours + 151 h. + 159 h.). An employee on the tables for the same months has been recorded such data on the development:

  • in January 122 hours at a rate of 136 hours;
  • in February 159 hours with a norm equal to 151 hours;
  • in March, it was worked out 165 hours, which is higher than the basic norm of 159 hours. at 6 o'clock.

As a result, for 3 months, a person worked out the last 446 hours (122 + 159 + 165), no processing, the employee will receive a salary in the required volume.

Information assistants that facilitate the work of accounting and personnel are various calendars with the dates of important tax and statistical reports painted in them. One of these popular "reminders" was the production calendar 2018. It is compiled annually. It is based on the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, regulating the transfer of the weekend during the current year. It provides the rational use of workers, weekends and holidays. The new legislative act about the distribution of weekend in 2018 was released on June 20, 2017.

From this day, all enterprises services can plan vacation schedules, working hours calculations, event plans for any period of months or quarters. But the standard time of work time is the five-day week: working days from Monday to Friday and two weekends. The duration of the working day varies from 8 hours (normal) to 4.8 hours (shortened day). Accordingly, the working week can be 40, 36 and 24 hours.
The amount of working time is determined on the basis of the order, which is approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development. The formula for which the norm is calculated is shown in the above document. It is quite simple: the number of working hours in the week, for example, 40 divided by 5, then the resulting number to multiply the number of days of work that is in the month, and finally, we subtract the clock of abbreviated working days. But today, accounting and personnel can even forget about these simple calculations. After all, the 2018 production calendar already contains the necessary numbers, comments and tips.
