A very spacious and bright one-bedroom apartment is located near the very beginning of Nevsky Prospekt, next to the Admiralty, Palace Square and the Hermitage. Both rooms have convertible double sofas, two armchairs, a wardrobe, a dining table and a TV. One of the rooms is combined with the kitchen. The kitchen area is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: there is a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a gas stove and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. This apartment is located on the top floor of a five-story building and has a magnificent view of the Admiralty spire. There is no elevator in the house. Parking is possible in the nearby streets.

The Admiralty Embankment in St. Petersburg (despite its very modest size - only 414 meters) is very loved by both tourists and locals. It stretches from the intersection of Palace Passage with Palace Embankment and Palace bridge and up to the Senate Square. There are only eight houses on this street in the center of St. Petersburg.

In 1873, the construction of the Admiralteyskaya embankment began, and a year later it was solemnly opened. It is interesting that 365 thousand rubles were allocated for the arrangement of the street. At first, it was assumed that all the buildings on the embankment would be the same, but the plots of land were not sold out, since wealthy people did not want to live in houses of the same type, and the townspeople simply did not have the opportunity to build housing in the center of St. Petersburg. That is why in 1878 it was allowed to build any buildings on the Admiralteyskaya embankment, but their height should not exceed 23.5 m. And as a result, the street became very famous: influential officials, bankers, writers and artists lived here.

In 1910, the Admiralteyskaya embankment was decorated with the sculpture "Tsar Carpenter". Eight years later, it was dismantled. It was only in 1996 that the sculpture was re-installed: the government of the Netherlands presented St. Petersburg with an exact copy of it.

Almost all buildings on the Admiralteyskaya embankment have their own historical value. House No. 4 housed the Panayev Theater, where Fyodor Shalyapin performed for the first time in front of Petersburgers. Alas, in 1917 the house burned down, and in the middle of the 20th century a school was built on this place. House No. 8 belonged to the Grand Duke Mikhail Mikhailovich, and years later the main department of trade of Leningrad was located here.
