PROCESS OF THE LESSON

- Hello guys!
I went to your class and met the postman on the way. He gave me an unusual letter. Let's see what kind of letter? So, Kindergarten"Golden Key" for children. This letter is to you. Who is it from? From Smesharik Hedgehog. Do you know this? Shall we read the letter? Listen carefully.

Hello guys! The Hedgehog from the Smeshariki country is writing to you. If anyone does not know me I am sending my photo (2 slide). My favorite pastime is making up different collections: candy wrappers, mushrooms, cacti. I look for items for my collections everywhere: in the mountains, the sea, even in a dark forest. Recently, I wandered into one of these forests in search of something new for my collection.
And suddenly I went out into a clearing on which there was a beautiful palace (3 slide). I became interested and I went to this palace. Different emotions lived there: joy, anger, fear, surprise and others (4 and 5 slides).
It turned out that on this day, the evil wizard Sorrowfullach made his way into their kingdom (6 slide). He quarreled all the emotions with each other, and I really like to reconcile everyone, even those who do not want to reconcile to any. And I did it. The evil wizard got angry with me and locked me in a dungeon. He also took my laughter from me, and I love to laugh so much. Help me get my laughter back and get out of the dungeon of his palace, and to do this, complete the tasks of the evil wizard Sadweep. Thank you guys, I believe that you can easily cope with all his tasks.

- Well, guys, can we help the Hedgehog?
- With each correctly completed task, we will get closer to the castle of the evil wizard Sadweeping, the closer we get, the better we will see it, but for now we do not see it.
- Let's start the first task.

Exercise "Imagine an emotion"

Sad cry gives such a task: to portray two inhabitants of the palace of emotions. 1 pictogram - joy (7 slide).

- And what does a person look like when he is happy? (Eyes shine, lips smile).
- Look at the beautiful faces of those who are happy (8 slide).
- Guys, when are you happy? (When mom comes, they read books, buy a toy, sweets ...)
- You see how many reasons we have for joy (9 slide).
- Remember, something joyful, and when I count to 3, we will all together portray joy. Good. And now the palace of the evil sorcerer Sadweeping has already become visible (10 slide).

2 pictogram - anger.

- What does a person look like when he is angry? (The face is angry, lips are compressed, eyebrows are furrowed, eyes are angry)- 11 slide.
- How ugly we are when we are angry (12 slide). When are you angry? (When offended, something does not work)- 13 slide.
- Let's try on the count of 3 to show how angry we are. (Another piece of the palace - slide 14).

Exercise "Ways to master a negative emotional state"

- Sad cry believes that if a person is angry, then this can go on for a very long time. What do you think you can do to get anger out of you quickly? (Cheer yourself up, draw something beautiful, beat a pillow, tear paper, play a fun game, watch an interesting cartoon, read a funny book, eat candy, play dough, run on the street, blow bubbles)- 15 slide.
- Being angry is bad for your health. Which people are more pleasant to communicate with: good or evil?
- Well done, he did not know that you can find the answer to this question. (16 slide).

The game "Chants-clappers-silent"

- Oh, there are some palms. So what is this mission?
Sad crying does not believe that we will be able to complete this task, because here we need to be very careful and remember the order of performing actions (17 slide). And the order is as follows: If I show a blue palm, then everyone needs to shout the sound "A" together, if the green one, then everyone needs to clap loudly, if the red one, then you need to sit quietly. Let's remember and practice. Well, now we are very carefully performing this task of the evil wizard (18 slide).

Game "Magic Bag"

- Sad cry put various small objects in this bag and pinned the bag so that you, with your eyes closed, could not guess what was there by touch. Who will be the first to dare to cope with this task?
- Well done! Another part of the castle appeared (slide 19).

Spot the Difference Exercise

- Before us is the next task (20 slide). Sad cry as he could draw two inhabitants of the palace of emotions. What are these emotions? They seem to be a bit similar, but in fact they have 5 differences. You need to find all the differences.
- Well done, here it is the last part castle appeared (21 slides).

Exercise "Tower of Joy"

- And here is the Hedgehog, but laughter has not yet returned to him (22 slide). Sad crying is always sad, angry and very often crying, so that the effect of its magic ends and laughter returns to the Hedgehog, you need to build a tower of joy.
To do this, each in turn needs to tell what he likes or what makes him happy. I will name what I like and stretch my hand palm up, and you will take turns coming up, calling what you like or what pleases you and putting your hand on my palm. What a good tower of joy we've got, and the Hedgehog is laughing again. Sit down quietly, and the Hedgehog, as a token of gratitude and in memory of our fabulous occupation, gives you magic medals with his photograph, and the magic word "Smile" is written on the reverse side. Suppose that when you are sad or angry, this medal will help you to become more fun and kinder. ( To the song “Smile, everyone is awarded a medal with the image of the Hedgehog).

- Our fabulous lesson has come to an end.
- What do you remember and like?
- What emotion did you like the most?

- A person, when he is angry, has an ugly face, angry, angry eyes. You must always treat people kindly, affably, then you will be treated the same way. It's good when a person is in a joyful mood, then any business succeeds.

Course of the lesson:

Welcome ritual: Get up straight, it's time!
The game begins!
Let's hold hands together
And let's smile at each other!

1. Psychologist: I'm glad to see you all again! Let's greet each other: take turns smiling at our neighbor on the right, call him by name and say to him: "I'm glad to see you today, Sasha!" Thanks!

2. Guys, I want to ask you, do you know who the artists are? (Answers of children).
Let's play artists with you now! And you know that the face, eyes, hands help the artist in his work. Today you and I will learn to convey by the expression of the face, eyes and body movements, what we feel.
- Let's start our lesson with "Warm-up". Game "Transfers". We will transfer different facial expressions (emotions) in a circle. First, I will explain to you the rules of this game. We pass, to each other, everything in silence, with our face, eyes, lips - this is called facial expressions; shoulders, arms - this is called gestures, we will start with me. Be attentive and accurately carry out my assignments.
Send a smile (in a circle);
Send "heart" (angry expression);
Convey "fright";
Tell the "horror story".

After each assignment, I mark those children who did it better and ask them to show them to all the children. Well done!
- But the next task - hand over the "clap", I show, you pass on to each other.
(First I show one clap; three claps; two claps and the third on my knees).
- So, our warm-up is over. Guys, we passed everything silently only by facial expressions, i.e. facial expressions and movements, i.e. gestures. Guys, what did we transmit? (With gestures, facial expressions).

3. Now let's try to convey our mood with a voice fun and sad (any artist can do this)
Listen to this phrase: "Let's go, let's go to the forest for nuts." Let's repeat this phrase all together. (Choral repetition).
- Guys, I have pictures of children with different facial expressions - funny and sad. Come up to me and take one photo at a time.
- Now say this phrase "Let's go, let's go to the woods for nuts" with the intonation, which photo you took sad or funny. Sasha, Andrey, Vasya have sad children. Let's try to pronounce it sad, imagine that someone offended you. (Children take turns to pronounce it sadly).
- And Tanya, Julia, Rita have funny children. Let's try to pronounce this phrase in a fun way. (Children take turns pronouncing it cheerfully.)
- Well done! Children, come in, put the photos on the table.

4. Oh, guys, hear! This is a little kitten he got into my bag! (I take a toy - a kitten in my arms).
I will let each of you hold him, and you stroke him, caress him, just be careful and say kind words to him.
(Children pass on to each other and say kind words to the kitten).

5. Guys, and I know a poem by B. Zakhoder, which is called "Pussy", would you like to listen? (Yes)
- Then come in and sit on the chairs. (Children sit down).
- Listen to the poem.
Crying pussy in the hallway
She has a lot of grief
Wicked people poor pussy
Do not allow sausages to be stolen.
(I tell the poem without emotion).

How do you think this poem is sad or funny? (Answers of children).
- A sad or funny poem will depend on the intonation with which we tell it.
- Listen and determine with what intonation I will now read this poem to you.
- I read the poem sadly. Feel sorry for the pussy? (Answers of children)
- I read cheerfully.
- Guys, do you want to become pussies yourself, who wants to steal a sausage? (Yes).

6. Let's try to play the role of a pussy, you and I will imitate the movements of the pussy, to imitate is to do everything like the pussy does. Get up from the chairs. Imagine that you are a pussy who wants to pull a sausage off the table. Stand like a pussy on its paws. The pussy goes to the kitchen. You spin around the table, rub your back against its leg, stand on your hind legs and breathe in a pleasant smell with pleasure. But then the hostess left the kitchen. You reach for the sausage with your paw, and now it is in your paws. But here comes the hostess. The pussy drops the sausage and runs away. (I say children imitate all movements, we repeat twice)

Well done! Sit on the chairs. When they showed all the movements, imitated the pussy, I really liked how Sasha performed. Sasha did well. Sasha, show the guys.
(I repeat the words, the child performs the movements)

7. Guys, do you feel sorry for the pussy? (Yes).
- Let's take pity on her. Imagine that your left hand is a cat, and you are stroking it with your right hand:
- Pussy, sissy, sissy!
- I called the kitten Julia.
- Do not rush, wait, wait!
- And stroked her hand! (L.P.Savina).
- Kitty calmed down. Guys, how do you think the hostess will feed the pussy? (Yes).
- How? (Answers of children).
- Well done! I also think that the hostess will stroke the pussy and feed.
- And so that our pussy is not bored, let's draw her a friend.

8. Joint drawing by children of a kitten (each child draws one detail).
- Before drawing, let's remember what a kitten consists of (children say what parts a kitten consists of).
- Look, what a beautiful girlfriend turned out for our kitty.
- And now I suggest you touch our cat and turn into kittens again.
- The kittens ate, played enough, got tired, lay down, curled up in a ball and fell asleep (closed their eyes) In a dream, they warmed up, turned over on their back, stretched out their legs and had a wonderful dream.

9. Relaxation: (Calm music is playing) The kittens had a dream of a warm summer. The forest glade is all illuminated by the bright sun, there are many flowers and green grass in the glade. Kittens cheerfully run around the clearing, catch butterflies, dragonflies, roll on the grass, they have fun and joy. But the kittens played enough and lay down on the grass. The bright sun shines in their eyes, the kittens closed their eyes and woke up, opened their eyes, stretched and stood up.
- Turned back into children.

10. Well, our game of artists is over. Guys, tell me, please, what is the name of the game, where we transmitted everything in silence, (Transfers). With the help of what did we convey a smile, a hearty soul? (facial expressions and gestures)
- How did we convey our mood with our voice? (Sad and fun).
- What is the name of B. Zakhoder's poem? (Pussy).
- We turned into a pussy and performed her movements, as such actions are called (imitation).
- Well done! I liked everything very much, thank you.

11. Farewell Ritual: Finally, let's say goodbye. After each of my statements, the children say the same phrase: "We too!"

Psychologist: “I am sharing my good mood with you!
Children: "We too!"
Psychologist: "I give you a smile"
Children: "We too"
Psychologist: "I am glad"
Children: "We too!"

Psychologist: "I love you!"
Children: "We too!"
Psychologist: "I hug you!"
Children: "We too!"
Everyone hugs in a single circle.
Our meeting is over, I want to give you little kittens as a keepsake.
Goodbye!

Psychologist: I would like to invite you to say hello now in an unusual way.

Let's say hello game.

Purpose: creating a positive emotional atmosphere, relieving emotional and muscle tension.

At the signal of a psychologist, children begin to move randomly around the room and greet everyone who meets on their way, but this must be done in a certain way:
1 clap - shake hands;
2 claps - say hello with your shoulders;
3 claps - greet the backs.

The game is being played

II. Preparatory part

Psychologist: I would like to start our lesson by defining our mood.

(Children choose a face (emotion), attach it to the mood screen, sit down)

III. Main part

Psychologist: Today I would like to tell you one interesting story, which happened to me recently.

I am sitting in my office. Suddenly I hear some strange sound: phyr-phyr-phyr, phyr-phyr-phyr. I felt a little scared. I looked around - no one was there. Suddenly I hear again: phyr-phyr, phyr-phyr. I looked under the table, and there (to show the children the hedgehog's toy) that's who. Who is this?

Children:(Hedgehog).

Psychologist: guys, do you think he is real?

Children:(no, toy)

Psychologist: I know a fairy tale about this hedgehog. I’ll tell you about it now.

The text of the tale, “Labyrinth of the Soul: Therapeutic Tales”. Ed. Khukhlaeva O. V., Khukhlaeva O. E.

Conversation on a fairy tale:

Psychologist: - Guys, did you like Victor the hedgehog?

- How did he live in the forest? (poorly).

- Why did he have a bad life? (because no one wanted to be friends with him).

Vitya the hedgehog could not find friends for a long time. He could not sing beautifully, run fast and was covered with thorns. How could he find a friend at the end of the story?

Children's answers

Psychologist: Right! He did a good deed, a good deed.

And in order for us to once again remember the rules of friendship with you, I suggest you play a game and try to distinguish the good deeds of your friends from the bad ones.

Good - bad game.

Purpose: to improve the ability to participate in a joint game, develop attention, the ability to evaluate the feelings and actions of the people around.

Psychologist: In order to teach the hedgehog to be friends, we will play with you the game "Good - bad". We listen to the rules of the game. I will talk about the actions of people. If the act is good, clap your hands, if it is bad, stamp your feet. You are ready? Then let's get started!

(The psychologist calls actions: “quarrel, help others, fight, take away toys, make peace, greet each other, brag, ask for forgiveness, be greedy, share, call names, say compliments, be polite, be rude, give in”).

Game "Fairy Friends"

Purpose: to develop communication skills and abilities of children, the ability to evaluate the feelings and actions of the people around them.

Psychologist: Guys, now I offer you another interesting game. I will invite each of you to choose one card, which depicts pictures of characters from different fairy tales and cartoons. All of them have different personalities and did different things. And the task will be as follows: show your card and answer why you would / would not want to be friends with this fairytale hero that you got.

The psychologist distributes one picture to the children. Through the chain, the children present their card to the others and answer the question, explaining their choice.

Psychologist: Of course, no one wanted to be friends with evil, harmful, greedy characters of fairy tales. After all, in order to want to be friends with us, you need to have good character traits. What guys? (children's answers)

Psychologist: Right! Be kind, cheerful, honest, ready to help. You and I are all different, somewhat alike, but somewhat different. Let's play a game and learn a little more about each other.

Game "Changer"

Purpose: actualization and presentation by each child of their own interests, priorities, attachments; unconditional acceptance of the similarities and differences of peers; creating a positive emotional atmosphere.

The players sit on chairs in a circle, the driver stands in the center and says: "Those who love (for example, marmalade) change places."

Lovers of marmalade, including the driver, change places (run over to free chairs). The driver becomes the one who did not have enough space. Further, all the other drivers repeat the key phrase, changing the last word, depending on their affections and tastes.

The last driver is an adult who says: "Those who love fairy tales change places."

Psychologist: You've all changed places, does that mean you all love fairy tales? Wonderful! It means that Vitya the hedgehog did not come to you by chance.

We are all different, we love a lot of different things. I really love my family, animals and our kindergarten.

Exercise "Pyramid of Love"

Purpose: to foster a respectful, caring attitude towards the world and people; develop communication skills.

Psychologist: Now let's build a "pyramid of love" out of our hands. I will name something favorite and put my hand, then each of you will name your favorite and put your hand. (Children build a pyramid).

Psychologist: Guys, did you feel how warm our hands became? Is this state pleasant to you? Look how high our pyramid is!

Psychologist: And at the end of our lesson, I would like to know what your mood is now?

(Children choose an emotion face, attach it to the mood screen)

Psychologist: This concludes our lesson. Until next time, guys!

- you brought an orange to kindergarten, and your friend has nothing tasty.

After that, a discussion and analysis of each situation is carried out.

- "Give a flower"
Take one flower from a vase and give it to anyone you want, but always with the words: "I give you ... because you are the (most) ...."
For those children who did not get anything, an adult gives flowers, always noting the best qualities of everyone to whom he gives a gift.

- "Bridge of Friendship"
Divide into pairs, invent and show the "bridge of friendship" with the help of your hands. At the end of the exercise, everyone joins hands, makes a circle and raises their hands up, depicting a "bridge of friendship".

- "Ball"
Masha will act as a "coil", and all the rest join hands. The one who stands next to Masha, let him give him a hand. We now have a thread attached to a spool. I will take the last of you by the hand and will lead everyone in a circle until the whole thread is "wound" on a reel ...
Now feel what a strong, friendly tangle we have got. Let's stay in it for a while, breathe together. And now we do not let go of our hands, I again take the last child by the hand, and we begin to unwind.
