4. determination of the professional suitability of citizens and military personnel for training (education) in military registration specialties, military service in military positions, training in military educational institutions, entering military service under a contract and developing recommendations for their selection for training (education) in military registration specialties and definitions for military positions;

9. Based on the results of professional psychological selection, one of the following conclusions is made on the professional suitability of citizens and military personnel for training (education) in military registration specialties and military service in specific military positions (hereinafter
referred to as - professional suitability):

a) recommended in the first place- first category.
Citizens and military personnel in this category in terms of the level of development of professionally important qualities fully meet the requirements of a military position (military positions), which allows them to master the military specialty in a timely manner, to have, based on the results of inspection, final, control checks and final exams predominantly excellent grades, get a class qualification;

b) recommended- second category.
Citizens and military personnel in this category, in terms of the level of development of professionally important qualities, basically meet the requirements of a military position (military positions), which allows them to master the military accounting specialty in a timely manner, to have predominantly good results from inspector, final, control checks and final exams. assessments;

10. When making conclusions about the professional suitability of citizens, the level of their neuropsychic stability is also taken into account.

The assessment of neuropsychic stability is carried out at four levels:

High neuropsychic stability;

Good neuropsychic stability;

Satisfactory neuropsychic stability;

Unsatisfactory neuropsychic stability or neuropsychic instability.

12. Citizens and military personnel with the fourth category of professional suitability cannot be:

They were sent for training in military registration specialties in public associations and training military units;

Directed to study at military educational institutions;

They were admitted to military service under the contract for the corresponding military positions.

Citizens and military personnel who have the fourth category of professional suitability according to the classes of the main similar military positions are appointed to military positions for which special professionally important qualities (other military positions) are not required, established by the Psychological classification of military positions replaced by soldiers, sailors, sergeants and foremen (Appendix No. 1 to this Manual).

14. Conclusions on the professional suitability of citizens and military personnel are taken into account:

military commissars - when sending citizens for training in military registration specialties in public associations;

conscription commissions - when making decisions on sending citizens to pass competitive entrance examinations to military educational institutions.

15. The results of a socio-psychological study, psychological and psychophysiological examination, conclusions on professional suitability and other data on citizens and military personnel are entered into the appropriate sections of the professional psychological selection card.

29. Measures for professional psychological selection with citizens subject to conscription for military service are carried out in stages: during the initial registration of citizens on military registration; during the period from the initial military registration of citizens to their appearance at the meeting of the draft board.

30. The military commissioners, after drawing up the lists of citizens subject to initial military registration, send to the place of study or work of these citizens a questionnaire and a request for information about personal qualities.

31. During the period of initial military registration of citizens, a non-staff recruiting group of the military commissariat conducts their military vocational orientation, socio-psychological study, psychological and psychophysiological examination.

The results of a socio-psychological study, psychological and psychophysiological examination, a conclusion on professional suitability and a decision on the purpose are recorded in sections I - III, V, VI of the professional psychological selection card and the logbook of the work of the non-staff selection group of the military commissariat (according to the form, Appendix No. 4 to this manual). The card of professional psychological selection, signed by the military commissar, together with other documents of a citizen called up for military service, is sent to the assembly point of the subject of the Russian Federation.
