1. The priority exam of the entrance examinations is the creative test in the direction of preparation.
2. Special rights and advantages for admission to undergraduate programs (see section III, paragraph 22 of the 2016 Admission Rules)
3. Accounting procedure individual achievements admission (see section IV, paragraphs 23-26 of the 2016 Rules of admission)
4. Documents for admission are accepted personally from applicants or by mail.
The Academy does not accept documents for training in electronic form.

5. Reception of documents required for admission (see section VI, paragraphs 30-47 of the Rules for admission 2016)
6. Rules for filing and considering appeals based on the results of entrance examinations conducted by the Academy independently (see the Regulation on the Appeal Commission).
7. Passing by the applicants of the obligatory preliminary medical examination (examination) is not required.
8. Sample contract for the provision of paid educational services(see the section "Cost of Paid Services").
9. Student hostel higher education is not provided.
10. Information on the timing of the appointment:
When admitting to study for bachelor's and master's programs in full-time, part-time and extramural forms on-site training check digits the following deadlines are set:
a) the start date for accepting documents required for admission is June 15, 2016;
b) the deadline for the completion of the acceptance of documents from persons applying for training based on the results of additional entrance examinations of creative and (or) professional orientation, - July 7 (for undergraduate programs); August 10 (Master's program)
c) conducting entrance examinations from July 8 to July 11 (according to the schedule of entrance examinations)
d) completion of acceptance of the original document of the established form from persons included in the competitive list - August 6; the acceptance of applications for enrollment consent from persons included in the lists of applicants for the main competitive places ends - August 6, 2016;
e) completion of the submission by the applicants of information on consent to enrollment when admitting to study at places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services - August 6, 2016.

For the 2017/18 academic year, the total volumes of admission targets for specialties and areas of training and (or) for their enlarged groups for training in higher education programs have been established at the expense of federal budget allocations.
There will be a competition for the distribution of admission quotas.

a list of directions for the preparation of higher education - training of highly qualified personnel according to programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in postgraduate studies (Appendix N 5);
list of specialties of higher education - training of highly qualified personnel in residency programs (Appendix No. 6);
list of specialties of higher education - training of highly qualified personnel according to the programs of assistantship-internship (Appendix N 7).

The lists of directions for the preparation of higher education have been fixed: bachelor's, master's, training of highly qualified personnel in programs for the preparation of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school and in postgraduate studies.
The lists of specialties of higher education have been approved: specialty, training of highly qualified personnel according to residency and assistant-internship programs.
The lists approved in 2009 by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia can be used until the completion of the training of persons previously admitted to the areas of training (specialties) indicated in them.
These are lists of areas of training (specialties) of higher vocational education, confirmed by the assignment to a person of the qualification (degree) "specialist", as well as "bachelor" and "master".
