Introduction

This short article contains only a drop of information about the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. In fact, there are a huge number of heroes and to collect all the information about these people and their exploits is a titanic work and it is already a little beyond the scope of our project. Nevertheless, we decided to start with 5 heroes - many have heard about some of them, a little less information about others and few people know about them, especially the younger generation.

Victory in the Great Patriotic War was achieved the Soviet people thanks to his incredible effort, dedication, ingenuity and self-sacrifice. This is especially clearly revealed in the heroes of the war, who performed incredible feats on the battlefield and beyond. Everyone who is grateful to their fathers and grandfathers for the opportunity to live in peace and tranquility should know these great people.

Viktor Vasilievich Talalikhin

The history of Viktor Vasilyevich begins with the small village of Teplovka, located in the Saratov province. Here he was born in the fall of 1918. His parents were ordinary workers. He himself, after graduating from a school specializing in the release of workers for factories and factories, worked at a meat-packing plant and at the same time attended an aero club. After he graduated from one of the few pilot schools in Borisoglebsk. He took part in the conflict between our country and Finland, where he received the baptism of fire. During the period of the confrontation between the USSR and Finland, Talalikhin made about five dozen sorties, while destroying several enemy aircraft, as a result of which he was awarded the honorary Order of the Red Star in the fortieth year for special successes and accomplishment of assigned tasks.

Viktor Vasilyevich distinguished himself by his heroic deed already during the battles in the great war for our people. Although he has about sixty sorties, the main battle took place on August 6, 1941 in the skies over Moscow. As part of a small air group, Viktor flew an I-16 to repel an enemy air attack on the capital of the USSR. At an altitude of several kilometers, he met a German He-111 bomber. Talalikhin fired several machine-gun bursts at him, but the German plane skillfully dodged them. Then Viktor Vasilyevich, by a cunning maneuver and regular machine gun shots, hit one of the bomber's engines, but this did not help stop the "German". To the chagrin of the Russian pilot, after unsuccessful attempts to stop the bomber, there were no live ammunition left, and Talalikhin decided to go to the ram. For this ram he was awarded the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star medal.

During the war, there were many such cases, but by the will of fate Talalikhin became the first who decided to go to the ram, neglecting his own safety, in our sky. He died in October 1941 with the rank of squadron commander, while performing another combat mission.

Ivan Nikitovich Kozhedub

In the village of Obrazhievka, a future hero, Ivan Kozhedub, was born into a family of ordinary peasants. After leaving school in 1934, he entered the Chemical Technology College. The Shostka flying club was the first place where Kozhedub received flying skills. Then in the fortieth year he entered the army. In the same year he successfully entered and graduated from the military aviation school in the city of Chuguev.

Ivan Nikitovich took a direct part in the Great Patriotic War. On his account there are more than a hundred air battles, during which he shot down 62 aircraft. From a large number combat missions can be divided into two main - the battle with the Me-262 fighter, which has a jet engine, and the attack on the group of bombers FW-190.

The battle with the Me-262 jet fighter took place in mid-February 1945. On this day, Ivan Nikitovich, together with his partner Dmitry Tatarenko, flew on La-7 planes to hunt. After a short search, they stumbled upon a low-flying plane. He flew along the river from the direction of Frankfupt an der Oder. Getting closer, the pilots discovered that this was a new generation Me-262 aircraft. But this did not discourage the pilots from attacking an enemy plane. Then Kozhedub decided to attack on a head-on course, since this was the only opportunity to destroy the enemy. During the attack, the wingman fired a short burst from a machine gun ahead of schedule, which could confuse all the cards. But to the surprise of Ivan Nikitovich, this trick of Dmitry Tatarenko had a positive effect. The German pilot turned around so that he ended up hitting Kozhedub's sight. All he had to do was pull the trigger and destroy the enemy. Which he did.

Ivan Nikitovich performed his second heroic deed in the middle of April 1945 in the area of the capital of Germany. Again, together with Titarenko, performing another combat mission, they found a group of FW-190 bombers with full combat kits. Kozhedub immediately reported this to the command post, but without waiting for reinforcements, he began an attacking maneuver. The German pilots saw how two Soviet planes, having risen, disappeared into the clouds, but they did not attach any importance to this. Then the Russian pilots decided to attack. Kozhedub descended to the height of the flight of the Germans and began to shoot them, and Titarenko with greater height he fired in short bursts in different directions, trying to create the impression on the enemy of the presence of a large number of Soviet fighters. The German pilots believed at first, but after several minutes of the battle their doubts were dispelled, and they proceeded to active actions to destroy the enemy. Kozhedub was on the verge of death in this battle, but his friend saved him. When Ivan Nikitovich tried to get away from the German fighter that was pursuing him and being in the position of shooting the Soviet fighter, Titarenko with a short burst outstripped the German pilot and destroyed the enemy vehicle. Soon, a group of help arrived in time, and the German group of planes was destroyed.

During the war, Kozhedub was twice recognized as a Hero of the Soviet Union and was elevated to the rank of Marshal of Soviet Aviation.

Dmitry Romanovich Ovcharenko

The homeland of the soldier is the village with the telling name of Ovcharovo, Kharkov province. He was born in the family of a carpenter in 1919. His father taught him all the intricacies of his craft, which later played an important role in the fate of the hero. Ovcharenko studied at school for only five years, then went to work on a collective farm. He was drafted into the army in 1939. The first days of the war, as befits a soldier, met at the front line. After a short service, he received minor damage, which, unfortunately for the soldier, became the reason for his transfer from the main unit to service at the ammunition depot. It was this position that became key for Dmitry Romanovich, under which he accomplished his feat.

It all happened in the middle of the summer of 1941 in the area of the Pestsa village. Ovcharenko carried out the order of his superiors on the delivery of ammunition and food to a military unit located several kilometers from the village. Towards him came two trucks with fifty German soldiers and three officers. They surrounded him, took away the rifle and began to interrogate him. But Soviet soldier did not lose his head and, taking an ax lying next to him, cut off the head of one of the officers. While the Germans were discouraged, he took three grenades from a dead officer and threw them in the direction of the German vehicles. These throws were extremely successful: 21 soldiers were killed on the spot, and the remaining Ovcharenko finished off with an ax, including the second officer who was trying to escape. The third officer managed to escape. But even here the Soviet soldier was not taken aback. He collected all the documents, maps, records and machine guns and took them to the General Staff, while bringing ammunition and food on time. At first, they did not believe him that he alone coped with a whole platoon of the enemy, but after detailed study the place of the battle all doubts were dispelled.

Thanks to the heroic deed of the soldier, Ovcharenko was recognized as a Hero of the Soviet Union, and he also received one of the most significant orders- Order of Lenin together with the Gold Star medal. He did not live to see victory for only three months. The injury received in the battles for Hungary in January was fatal for the fighter. At that time he was a machine gunner 389 infantry regiment... He went down in history as a soldier with an ax.

Zoya Anatolyevna Kosmodemyanskaya

The homeland for Zoya Anatolyevna is the village of Osina-Gai, located in the Tambov region. She was born on September 8, 1923 into a Christian family. By the will of fate, Zoya spent her childhood in gloomy wanderings around the country. So, in 1925, the family was forced to move to Siberia in order to avoid persecution by the state. A year later, they moved to Moscow, where her father died in 1933. The orphaned Zoe begins to have health problems that prevent her from studying. In the fall of 1941, Kosmodemyanskaya joined the ranks of scouts and saboteurs of the Western Front. In a short time, Zoya underwent combat training and began to perform the assigned tasks.

She performed her heroic deed in the village of Petrishchevo. By order of Zoya and a group of fighters were instructed to burn a dozen settlements, which included the village of Petrishchevo. On the night of November 28, Zoya and her comrades made their way to the village and came under fire, as a result of which the group disintegrated and Kosmodemyanskaya had to act alone. After spending the night in the forest, early in the morning she went to carry out the task. Zoe managed to set fire to three houses and hide unnoticed. But when she decided to return again and finish what she had begun, the villagers were already waiting for her, who, seeing the saboteur, immediately reported German soldiers... Kosmodemyanskaya was seized and tortured for a long time. They tried to find out information about the unit in which she served and her name. Zoya denied and did not tell anything, and when asked what her name was, she called herself Tanya. The Germans considered that they could not get more information and hung it up in public. Zoya met death with dignity, and her last words went down in history forever. When she was dying, she said that our people number one hundred and seventy million people, and all of them cannot be outweighed. So, Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya died heroically.

Mentions of Zoya are primarily associated with the name "Tanya", under which she went down in history. She is also a Hero of the Soviet Union. Her distinctive feature- the first woman to receive this honorary title posthumously.

Alexey Tikhonovich Sevastyanov

This hero was the son of a simple cavalryman, a native of the Tver region, was born in the winter of 1917 in the small village of Kholm. After graduating from technical school in Kalinin, he entered the military aviation school. Sevastyanov finished it with success in thirty-ninth. For more than a hundred sorties he destroyed four enemy aircraft, two of which personally and in a group, as well as one balloon.

He received the title of Hero of the Soviet Union posthumously. The most important sorties for Alexei Tikhonovich were battles in the skies over the Leningrad region. So, on the fourth of November of the forty-first year, Sevastyanov patrolled the sky over the Northern capital on his IL-153 plane. And just during his watch, the Germans made a raid. The artillery failed to cope with the onslaught and Alexei Tikhonovich had to engage in battle. For a long time, the German He-111 aircraft managed to keep the Soviet fighter away from it. After two unsuccessful attacks, Sevastyanov made a third attempt, but when it was time to pull the trigger and destroy the enemy in a short burst, the Soviet pilot discovered that there was no ammunition. Without thinking twice, he decides to go to the ram. A Soviet plane with its propeller pierced the tail of an enemy bomber. For Sevastyanov, this maneuver was successful, but for the Germans it all ended in captivity.

The second significant flight and the last for the hero was an air battle in the sky over Ladoga. Alexey Tikhonovich died in an unequal battle with the enemy on April 23, 1942.

Output

As we already said in this article, not all war heroes are collected, there are about eleven thousand of them in total (according to official data). Among them are Russians, Kazakhs, Ukrainians, Belarusians, and all other nations of our multinational state. There are those who did not receive the title of Hero of the Soviet Union, having committed at least important act, but by coincidence, information about them was lost. There was a lot in the war: the desertion of soldiers, and betrayal, and death, and much more, but the most great importance had exploits - these are such heroes. Thanks to them, the victory in the Great Patriotic War was won.

Every day in Russia ordinary citizens perform feats, who do not pass by when someone needs help. The feats of these people are not always noticed by officials, they are not given certificates, but this does not make their actions less significant.
The country should know its heroes, so this collection is dedicated to courageous, caring people who have proven in deed that heroism has a place in our lives. All events took place in February 2014.

Dagestani Arsen Fittsulaev prevented a disaster at a gas station in Kaspiysk. Later, Arsen realized that he actually risked his life.
An explosion suddenly thundered at one of the gas stations in Kaspiysk. As it turned out later, a foreign car passing at high speed crashed into a gas tank and knocked down a valve. A moment's delay, and the fire would spread to the nearby fuel tanks. In such a scenario, casualties would have been inevitable. However, the situation was radically changed by a humble gas station worker who skillfully prevented the disaster and reduced its scale to a burned-out car and several damaged cars.

“I tried to get out, the well is shallow - I even reached the edge with my hand. But it was so slippery and cold that I could not grab the hoop. And when I raised my hands, icy water poured into my sleeves. I shouted, called for help, but the well is far from residential buildings and roads, so no one heard me. How long this went on, I don't even know ... Soon I began to feel sleepy, I raised my head with the last of my strength and suddenly saw two boys peeking into the well! " - said the victim.

In winter 2012, in the village of Komsomolsky, Pavlovsky district Altai Territory children played in the street near the store. One of them - a 9-year-old boy - fell into a sewer well with ice water, which was not visible due to large snowdrifts. If not for the help of 17-year-old teenager Alexander Grebe, who accidentally saw what happened and did not jump into the icy water after the victim, the boy could become another victim of adult negligence.

On a Sunday in March 2013, two-year-old Vasya walked outside his house under the supervision of his ten-year-old sister. At this time, Sergeant Major Denis Stepanov dropped in on business to his acquaintance and, waiting for him behind the fence, watched the child's pranks with a smile. Hearing the sound of snow sliding from the slate, the firefighter instantly rushed to the baby and, jerking him aside, took the blow of the snowball and ice.

Twenty-two-year-old Alexander Skvortsov from Bryansk two years ago unexpectedly became a hero of his city: he pulled seven children and their mother out of a burning house.

In 2013, Alexander was visiting the eldest daughter of a neighboring family, 15-year-old Katya. The head of the family left for work early in the morning, everyone was asleep at home, and he locked the door with a key. In the next room, a mother with many children was busy with the little ones, the youngest of whom was only three years old, when Sasha smelled smoke.

First of all, everyone logically rushed to the door, but it was locked, and the second key was in the parents' bedroom, which had already been cut off by the fire.

“I was at a loss, first of all I started counting the children,” says Natalya, mother. - I could not call the firemen, nothing, although the phone was in my hands.

However, the guy was not taken aback: he tried to open the window, but it was tightly sealed for the winter. With a few strokes of the stool, Sasha knocked out the frame, helped Katya get out and handed the rest of the children into her arms, whatever they were wearing. Mom was hooked up last.

“When he began to crawl out, gas suddenly exploded,” says Sasha. - Singed hair, face. But he is alive, the children are safe, and this is the main thing. I don’t need thanks. ”

The youngest citizen of Russia who has become a holder of the Order of Courage in our country is Evgeny Tabakov.

Wife Tabakov was only seven years old when the bell rang in the Tabakovs' apartment. Only Zhenya and his twelve-year-old sister Yana were at home.

The girl opened the door, not at all wary - the caller introduced himself as a postman, and since in the closed city (the military town of Norilsk - 9) someone very rarely appeared, Yana let the man in.

The stranger grabbed her, put a knife to her throat and began to demand money. The girl struggled and cried, the robber ordered her younger brother to look for money, and at this time began to undress Yana. But the boy could not just leave his sister. He went into the kitchen, took a knife and thrust it at a run into the criminal's lower back. The rapist fell from the pain and released Yana. But it was impossible to cope with the recidivist with children's hands. The offender got up, attacked Zhenya and stabbed him several times. Later, experts counted eight stab wounds on the boy's body, incompatible with life. At this time, my sister knocked on the neighbors and asked to call the police. Hearing the noise, the rapist tried to hide.

However, the small defender's bleeding wound left a mark and blood loss did their job. The recidivist was immediately captured, and the sister, thanks to the heroic deed of the boy, remained safe and sound. The feat of a seven-year-old boy is an act of a person with a formed life position. The act of a real Russian soldier who will do everything to protect his family and his home.

GENERALIZATION

It is not uncommon to hear how conditional liberals blinded by the West or voluntarily blindfolded, dogmatic Advisers declare that all the best is in the West and this is not in Russia, and all heroes lived in the past, because our Russia is not their homeland ...

Let's leave the ignorant in their ignorance and turn our attention to modern heroes. Little ones and adults, ordinary passers-by and professionals. Let's pay attention - and we will take an example from them, we will stop being indifferent to our own country and our citizens.

The hero commits an act. Such an act that not everyone will dare, perhaps even a few. Sometimes such valiant people are awarded medals, orders, and if they do without any signs, then human memory and inescapable gratitude.

Your attention and knowledge of your heroes, understanding that you should be no worse - is the best tribute to the memory of such people and their valiant and worthy deeds.

1. An unusual incident with a miraculous rescue took place in the city of Lesnoy. A 26-year-old engineer named Vladimir Startsev rescued a two-year-old girl who fell from a fourth-floor balcony.

“I was returning from the sports ground where I was training with the children. I looked, there was some kind of pandemonium, ”Startsev recalls. - People under the balcony were bustling, shouting something, waving their hands. I lift my head up, and there a little girl, with the last of her strength, grabs the outer edge of the balcony. " Here, according to Vladimir, he developed a rock-climber's syndrome. Moreover, the athlete has been engaged in sambo and rock climbing for many years. Physical fitness allowed. He appreciated the situation and intended to climb the wall to the fourth floor.
“I have already prepared to jump onto the balcony of the first floor, I raise my eyes, and the child is flying down! I instantly grouped myself together and relaxed my muscles to catch her. We were taught that way in training, - says Vladimir Startsev. “She landed right in my arms, she cried, of course, she got scared.”

2. It happened on August 15th. That day my sister and nephews and I came to the river to swim. Everything was fine - heat, sun, water. Then my sister says to me: “Lesha, look the man has drowned, over there, he is swimming by. The drowned man was carried away by the fast current, and I had to run about 350 meters until I caught up. And we have a mountain river, cobblestones, while running, fell several times, but got up and continued to run, barely overtook.

The child turned out to be drowned. On the face of all the signs of a drowned man - an unnaturally swollen belly, a bluish-black body, veins swelled. I didn't even know if it was a boy or a girl. He pulled the child ashore and began pouring water out of him. The stomach, lungs - everything was filled with water, the tongue sank all the time. I asked the people next to me for a towel. Nobody submitted, disdained, frightened at the sight of the girl, regretted their beautiful towels for her. And I'm wearing nothing but swimming trunks. Because of the fast running, and while I was pulling her out of the water, I was exhausted, there was not enough air for artificial respiration.
About resuscitation
Thank God, my colleague, nurse Olga, passed by, but she was on the other side. She started screaming for me to bring the baby to her ashore. The child who had swallowed water became incredibly heavy. The peasants responded to the request to carry the girl to the other side. There, Olga and I continued all the resuscitation actions. They poured out the water as best they could, did a heart massage, artificial respiration, for 15-20 minutes there was no reaction, neither from the girl, nor from the nearby onlookers. I asked to call an ambulance, no one called, and the ambulance station was nearby, 150 meters away. Olga and I could not afford to be distracted even for a second, so we could not even call. After some time, a boy was found, and he ran to call for help. In the meantime, we were all trying to revive a little girl, five years old. Olga even cried out of despair, it seemed that there was no more hope. Everyone around was saying, give up these useless attempts, you will break all her ribs, why are you mocking the deceased. But then the girl sighed, the nurse who came running heard the sounds of a heartbeat.

4. A young 17-year-old girl from Zarechny, Marina Safarova, has become a real hero. The girl with a sheet pulled the fishermen, her brother and the snowmobile out of the ice hole.

Before the onset of spring, young people decided to last time to visit the Surskoe reservoir, in the Penza region, and then "tie up" until next year, since the ice is no longer as reliable as a month ago. Without going far, the guys left the car on the shore, and they themselves moved 40 meters away from the edge and drilled holes. While her brother was fishing, the girl drew sketches of the landscape, and after a couple of hours she froze and went to warm up in the car, and at the same time warm up the engine.

Under the weight of motor vehicles, the ice could not stand it and broke in the places where the holes were drilled like after a perforator. People began to drown, the snowmobile hung on the edge of the ice by the ski, this whole structure threatened to break off completely, then people would have very little chance of salvation. The men clung to the edge of the ice hole with their last strength, but the warm clothes instantly got wet and literally pulled to the bottom. In this situation, Marina did not think about the possible danger and rushed to the rescue.
Grabbing her brother, the girl, however, was not able to help him as much as possible, since the ratio of the forces of our heroine and the superior masses turned out to be too unequal. Run for help? But in the area not a single living soul is visible, only a company of the same fishermen can be seen on the horizon. Go to town for help?
So bye time will pass people can simply drown from hypothermia. Thinking like that, Marina intuitively ran to the car. Opening the trunk in search of an item that could help in the situation, the girl drew attention to a bag of bedding, which she took from the wash. - The first thing that came to mind was to twist the rope out of the sheets, tie it to the car and try to pull them out. - Remembers Marinochka
The stacks of linen were enough for almost 30 meters, it could be longer, but the girl tied an improvised rope with a double calculation.
- I have never weaved pigtails so quickly, - the rescuer laughs, - I twisted thirty meters in three minutes, this is a record. The girl dared to drive the remaining distance to the people on the ice.
- At the coast, it is still very strong, I slid onto the ice and quietly rode backwards. She opened the door just in case and drove off. The rope from the sheets turned out to be so strong that in the end, not only people, but also a snowmobile were taken out of the hole. After the completion of the rescue operation, the men took off their clothes and climbed into the car.
“I don’t even have a license yet, I took it, but I’ll get it only in a month when I’m 18 years old.” While I was taking them home, I was all worried, suddenly the traffic cops would come across, and I had no license, although in theory they would have let me go, or helped to bring everyone home.

Then I went down the tracks of the wheels and found "Audi" in the river upside down. I immediately went into the water and began to pull people out of the car. First, I took out the driver and passenger who were sitting in the front seat, and then two passengers from the back seat. They were already unconscious at that time "

Rinat himself works as a driver and does not see any special heroism in his act. “At the scene of the accident, the traffic cops told me that they would decide the issue of my incentives.
