1. General Provisions

The provision on holding the All-Russian competition of design work of students "Opening - 2016" (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) defines the procedure for organizing and conducting the All-Russian Design of Design and Research Works of students "Opening - 2016" (hereinafter - Competition).

2. Objectives and objectives of the competition

Purpose:
Intellectual I. personal development students of the project and research activities, as well as encouraging the best initiatives.

Competition's tasks:

4. Competition participants.

Participants in the competition are educational educational institutions of all levels of general education that fulfilled research or project work under the guidance of the teacher and (or) of the supervisor.

In the competition can be attended by students in age groups: Preschoolers, 1-4 CL, 5-6 CL., 7-8 CB., 9-11 CL.

Participation can be individual or joint. The number of joint development authors is no more than three.

6. Terms and procedures for the competition

Competition is held in two stages:

2 stage (C 02/08/2016 to 02/28/2016): the work of the organizing committee to assess competitive materials, the definition of winners and laureates.

8. Subject and content of the competition.

The subject of the competition is the project and research work of students. Competitive developments must be copyrighted, i.e. Developed directly by the participant of the competition.

Competition is carried out in absentia.

Abstract work cannot participate in the competition.

9. Criteria for evaluating the materials of the competition

  1. The clarity of the formulation of the theme, its relevance.
  2. The logicality of the preparation of the work plan, completeness of the disclosure of the topic.
  3. Creativity and argue point of view of the author, independent estimates and judgments.
  4. The presence of reasonable conclusions.
  5. Style, language of material presentation (clarity, imagery, conciseness, vocabulary, grammar).
  6. Registration of work.

10. Awarding

  1. Following the competition expert Council Defines the winners (I, II, III) and laureates. The quota for the number of prizes is not installed. Competitors who were not included in the winners and laureates receive diplomas of participants.
  2. Scientific leaders receive a certificate of training of the participant (winner, winner) of the competition.

11. Requirements for materials

  1. Materials for the competition are made in electronic form in Russian. The works of preschoolers and younger students can be presented in paper (scanned).
  2. Competition participants represent project and research work in MS Word format, the name of the Familia File (for example, Petrovv).

    12. Technical requirements for text files.

    1. Text and theses of competitive work are represented in Russian in electronic form in a 4 format with fields: on the left - 2 cm, on the right - 1.0 cm, on top and bottom - 2 cm in Word text editor (not lower than Word 97) font number 12 Times New Roman, 1.5 interval interval.
    2. In the tables, only one border style should be used - a solid line (the tables should be made correctly by all the rules of working with the tables in the MS Word editor).

    Opening horizons -2017
    The competition aims to develop the culture of project and research activities and innovative infrastructure of its implementation.

    Stages of the competition
    Remote stage
    At this stage, the participants register their work on the "School-projects.RF" portal in the "Opening Skyline 2017" section. To the application, the participant adds a presentation and text of the work (required), video of its speech is 5-7 minutes, other materials (preferably).

    Full-time stage
    Everyone who registered work on the competition can take part in it. At the full time the following events are held.

    3) Presentation and comprehensive examination of network directions of design and research work. Direct ether (on-line video standard) is conducted.
    4) the presentation of diplomas and certificates of network projects.

    After completing the competition.
    Participants can continue to work on the development of their projects:
    1) within the framework of network directions.
