The interaction of organizations - participants in the implementation of educational programs is issued by the Treaty. Mandatory conditions for such a contract are listed in part 3 of Art. 15 of the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation". These include:

1) form, level and (or) orientation of the educational program (part of the educational program of certain levels, species and orientation) implemented using the network form;

2) the status of students in organizations, the rules for admission to training on the educational program implemented using the network form of the educational program, the procedure for organizing academic mobility of students (for students on major professional educational programs), mastering the educational program implemented using the network form;

3) the conditions and procedure for implementing the network form of the implementation of the educational program, including the distribution of responsibilities between organizations, the procedure for the implementation of the educational program, the nature and amount of resources used by each organization implementing the educational program through the network form;

According to the Treaty on the network form of the implementation of the educational program, it may be a contractual contract for the provision of services, free of charge or mixed, i.e., containing elements of various contracts provided for by law or other legal acts.

To understand the meaningful part of the Treaty on the network form of the implementation of the educational program, it is necessary to proceed from the fact that paragraph 9 of Art. 2 of the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" The educational program is defined as a complex of basic characteristics of education (volume, content planned results), organizational and pedagogical conditions and in cases provided for in the specified law, the forms of certification, which is presented as a curriculum, calendar curriculum, working programs of training items, courses, disciplines (modules), other components, as well as estimated and methodical materials.

3. Conditions and procedure for calculations

3.1. 3.2. 4. Responsibility of Party

4.1. 4.2. In the case of joint school employees and the center of extracurricular activities and other types of extracurricular activities, the school carries a solidarity with the center responsibility for the harm provided for in paragraph 4.1 of this Agreement.

4.3. The school is responsible for late transfer of payment amounts in the manner prescribed by paragraph 3.2 of this Agreement, in the amount of 0.3% (zero three of the ten percent) due to the amount for each day of the delay of payment or in proportion to the detainees of the amount.

5. Act of the contract, dispute resolution

3. Responsibilities of Party

3.1. Party 1 is obliged:

3.1.1. Create conditions for collaborative with the part 2 of the development of educational programs (basic and additional).

3.1.2. Develop educational and planning documentation for the main and additional educational programs, taking into account the results of monitoring the needs of Part 2.

3.1.3. Organize selection, training and support of personnel, providing network interaction activities.

3.1.4. Organize joint seminars, various information and scientific and methodological measures for network interaction participants.

4. Rights of Party

The parties are entitled:

4.2. Proposals for improving the training of specialists in the field of energy and the organization of network interaction.

5. Other terms of contract
