According to the concept of developing additional education of children, one of the principles of design and the implementation of additional general education programs is the multi-levelness of programs.( The relevance of data development methodical recommendations It is determined by one of the grounds for the design and implementation of additional general education programs, which is indicated in the concept of developing additional education of children approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 4, 2014. №1726-p, as well as by the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation" (in particular, Article 75 "Additional Education of Children and Adults") and the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (Mintophruki Russia) dated August 29, 2013 N 1008 "On approval of the procedure for organizing and implementing educational activities for additional general education programs").

The foundations of multi-levelness in the design of additional education programs implement the right of each child to master the competences, knowledge and skills in an individual pace, volume and complexity. Such programs provide all children with the possibility of classes regardless of the abilities and level of general development. Under the multi-levelness it is understood as compliance with the development and implementation of additional education programs such principles that allow us to take into account different levels of development and different degree The development of the detention of children. Such programs suggest the implementation of parallel processes for mastering the content of the program on its different levels In-depth, availability and degree of complexity based on the diagnosis and a set of start-up capabilities of each of the participants in the program under consideration.

The content and material of the program of additional education of children should be organized according to the principle of differentiation in accordance with the following levels of complexity:

1. Starter level of the program - for children of 5-10 years. It assumes the use and implementation of publicly available and universal forms of material organization, and the minimum complexity of the program proposed for the development of the program.

2. The basic level of the program is for children of 10-15 years. It assumes the use and implementation of such forms of the organization of material that allow the development of specialized knowledge and language, guaranteed to broadcast a common and holistic picture, as part of the substantive-thematic direction of the program.

3. Advanced program level - for children 12-18 years. It assumes the use of material forms of material providing access to complex (possibly highly specialized) and non-trivial sections in the framework of the consistency of the program. Also assumes in-depth study Program content and access to professional and professional knowledge in the framework of the consistency of the program.

Each participant of the program must be eligible for starting access to any of the presented levels, which is implemented through the organization of conditions and procedures for assessing the initial equipment of the participant (where one or another degree of readiness for the development of the content and material declared by the participant) is determined.

Differentiated training material can be offered in different forms and types of sources for participants in the educational program. It is proposed to provide for the development and implementation of the educational program, the placement of methodological and didactic materials on resources in the information and communication network "Internet" (hereinafter - the Internet network); in printed form (textbooks, workbooks, methodological benefits, etc.); In a machine-readable form, in a format accessible to read on electronic devices (on personal computers, tablets, smartphones, etc. in formats *pDF., * dOC, * docx And so on.); In a visual form, through layouts, prototypes and real objects and means of activity.

Each of the three levels should assume universal accessibility to children, with any kind and type of psycho-physiological characteristics. In turn, the program's material should take into account the health features of those children who may experience difficulties in reading, listening or making any manipulations with the material offered by it.

From September 1, 2016, the Center for Additional Education for working with gifted children was opened in our gymnasium.

Key idea The creation of the center of additional education for gifted children is "enriched learning", that is, programs are developed taking into account the prospects for continuity, when the educational chain is arranged from the lesson to extracurricular activities and in additional education, from the preschooler to the disciple of the defamation, and then to the high school student. For example, in the preschool department, the starting level program "Robotics for kids" is being implemented, in the program - Program basic level "We simulate the world", in the gymnasium Program of the advanced level "Modeling the world: Robotics." The studio of the artistic creativity of the deflection has its continuation in the programs of the advanced level of the "techno-graphics" and "techno-park". The radio line in the gymnasium has its continuation in the gymnasium, this is a program of an advanced level "Designing events: TV studio".

2. Individual diagnostics

When developing a program, it is necessary to rely on six types of defined levels that may reflect the individual characteristics of the student, namely:

1. The level of psychophysical development;

2. The level of motivation;

3. The level of intellectual development;

4. The level of awareness and erudition in the relations of general knowledge and the content of the developed program in particular;

5. The level of formation of certain competencies (determined depending on the content and thematic orientation of the program being developed);

6. The formation level of one or other literacy (information, functional, language, etc. is determined depending on the content and thematic orientation of the program being developed).

This or another of the presented levels may be subjected to a diagnostic assessment, which is carried out through the following forms and methods:

1. Testing and questioning;

2. Deep interview;

3. Complexes of psychological diagnostics;

4. Logic and problem tasks;

5. Business, simulation, role-playing, organizational and activity;

6. Portfolio of the student;

7. Essay;

8. Case-method;

9. Creative tasks, etc.

Diagnostic procedures must necessarily have direct relationship with the mean-thematic direction of the program. The definition of the levels listed in this section should have correlated with those or other levels of content and material (see section 1).

Special importance may have forms requiring a description of the description of its own individual educational program, formulating educational and educational purposes, determining the mechanisms of achieving them, etc. Such forms make it possible to assess the level of a student's claim to master one or another level and determine the degree of their compliance with the actual level of development through the passage of certain estimated procedures (see section 3).

When developing regulations and the content of diagnostic procedures, it is desirable to use several methods and forms within a single diagnostic slice in order to achieve more objective results. It is important to be able to diagnose the participant through the manifestations of them. different types Actions - natural and active and emotional and sensual manifestations (through games and a living conversation), intellectual-thought (through the setting of tasks and written works), Create-creative (through creative tasks). To achieve the most transparent and objective results, it is desirable to attract specialists with psychological qualifications.

Everything in our world is being upgraded, improves and education does not remain aside, today we are already talking about the "new model of the additional education system of children": the development of open additional education - intense modular programs of additional education, as a new stage for self-expression and self-improvement (strategic initiative aimed On the formation of a stable multi-level emergency system with children based on public-private partnership and the implementation of modern programs for additional education in order to identify and develop talent in each child).

Today to prepare a competent specialist in the beginningXXI The century is not enough to give him a certain amount of formalized knowledge, form sustainable skills and check the ability to operate their operational use. In order for professional knowledge to be effectively mastered and assigned a graduate should have an image of a future profession, to understand how mastered knowledge and ways strengthen it as a future professional. To do this, you need to introduce it yet, being a student as a basis for modern professions and practices, to ensure their study of these areas and the first samples of their own activities in them even during their school training, in the mode of propaedeutics of future activities.

Today we have a new goal : update theoretical and practical knowledge, Improving the professional competencies of teachers in accordance with philosophy, principles and conceptopen additional education which implies the change in the conditions and principles of the implementation of the professional activities of teachers.

In this regard, we have and new tasks that are concluded in :

Development I.implementation of a new generation of additional education programs and children's development, additional intense modular programs additional education aimed at creating a new system of motivating children, a new model of an additional education system;

Formation of a pedagogical system that ensures optimal conditions for comprehensive development, self-determination and self-expression of the student;

- involvement of students in research and project activities, stimulating their interest in the field of innovation and high technologies, working with gifted children.

In accordance with the goal, in our city, the district was organized by personnel schools, which was aimed at updating theoretical and practical knowledge, improving the professional competencies of teachers. You are given a unique chance to come up with and develop your own, the author's program, to declare myself, a program that will be interesting, first of all, to me, and then for children and through which I, as a teacher I can express yourself and self-improvement. Today, in the century of high technologies, it is not modern and very boring when the child passes training under the program listening only to the teacher, he is interested in the activity itself and in this process he studies at the same time both theory and practice.

So, we talked about the structure of typical general education (generally arrayered) programs, and now I will introduce you to the structure of general education (general collateral) modular open education programs. Let's start with what they differ.

(The module is a unit of a volumetric set of academic content and material on a specific thematic direction of the educational program. The module is characterized by the fact that it is increasingly embedded in other life and educational contexts of the student, eliminating one or another educational deficit that was recorded by students themselves. Such It is advisable to say that the educational program should be represented as a module or a complex of modules that reflect the one or another the topics currently relevant for the child).

According to the typical program, students are trained throughout the program within total school yearThey must pass on the sections of the program and only then it is believed that the student has mastered the program. The educational program of open additional education should be represented as a module or a complex of modules reflecting a particular topic to the child, each of which has its own educational task and solves it from beginning to end. In this case, the student can undergo training both by all modules of the program and choose only the module interested. I developed such a program and now in April I will put it on the competition, I really hope that the experts will accept and give a positive assessment.

Modular program structure

Forms of such additional education programs should be extended by the following types:

- Intensive school - Educational event passing in a deliberately limited period of time(can be organized in vacation rest) , using methodological forms that allow students for a short time to master the major meaningful units of material on educational subjects and carry out the completed practical sample; It can be held both in the mode of an outbound educational camp with a margin from the main educational process and in the mode of intensive classes within educational institutionincluded in the general curriculum. Each intense school is visited. The duration of such a school is 3-5 days (in summer up to 20 days). Training in intensive schools does not occur in the traditional form (6 days a week, 5-6 lessons, etc.), and in intensive, when participants within a few days in dive mode work on the development of any problem or a set of problems. The modular educational program is a sequence of short-term intensive dives, each of which unfolds its aspect of the program themes. The main feature of the intensive school is the ability to deploy a holistic training and professional action (research, project, creative, etc.) in group interaction mode. Each participant in an intensive school can become its graduate. And it does not matter how many sessions (modules) of the program he visited. The level of development of those competencies is important to the formation of which the program is sent. And confirm this level of students is offered through the forms of protection of its own product (analytical development, full-decorated individual educational strategy, thesis, etc.), or participation in the dispute with supervisor, teachers, experts and school tutors.

- Electric courses. Programs embedded in profile school providing pre-professional training and formation of sense competencies. The binding of electrical courses to the system of additional education makes it possible to provide such training regardless of the presence of the necessary resources from a particular general education school.

- Social trainings For students of high schools. Modeling problem situations "Adult" life and the development of an effective action schemes in these situations. Study of possible life scenarios and strategies.

- Programs of individual support for record professional and life strategies. Aims to increase the starting capacity and life chances of students having sustainable interests in various spheres of science, art, business, politicians, sports, etc. Allow equal starting opportunities for schoolchildren from various social groups, including from depleted life environments.

- Mass socio-educational projects. Deploying networks of clubs involving a significant part of adolescents in productive, socially acceptable activity (various gaming forms, volunteer movement, artistic and technical creativity)

- Summer rest children in the system of children's health camps should be considered as an educational rest; The priorities of its content should be determined by the general priorities of additional education programs.(Summer module - educational holidays of children - the cumulative designation of the forms of leisure and recreation of children who involve the organization of events, activities, processes that ensure additional knowledge and deepening knowledge of the main school program, design and development of the main competencies of children, inclusion of children in modern practices and activities, as well as events, events, processes ensuring that the recreational nature of the educational process, aimed at children), by virtue of its structure and content) .

- Vacation educational holiday - the aggregate designation of projects, programs, activities of educational recreation children designed for realization during the holidays, in most cases, understood as completely free time from time to build a recreational process and a holistic system of educational actions, acting as an addition to the main and stationary additional additional Education.

Participants of the module can be - high school students and youngsters of the Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous District-Yuhgra, self-determining and manifesting interest in a particular educational program presented in the Navigator of educational programs of the district.

In order to make it all more clearly, what I say, I give a link to the site: , where you can introduce our teachers and study in detail the materials on open education, the author of which is Alexander Anatolyevich Popov - Russian scientist, author and developer of the competence approach in the education system and models of open education, author and head of the Russian competence of the Olympiad, head of the laboratory of the competence practices of the Institute System projects , Chief Researcher at the Center for Innovation Networks and Educational Initiatives of the Federal Institute for Education , Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor , author of more than 100 scientific and journalistic works, including 5 books on "Open Education".

Strategic initiatives agency. The initiative is aimed at the formation of a stable multi-level emergency system with children based on public-private partnership, makes it possible to people who are not indifferent to the future of the country, implement strategic business projects, social sphere, in the system of personnel and vocational education.
