In 2016, the number of paid places is not limited (the approximate admission plan may be increased), therefore, on a contractual basis, everyone will be enrolled without a competition. The cost of training is fixed for the entire period of study, payment is made by semester (half of the annual cost of training), however, installments or payment by means of maternity capital are possible.

You can submit an application or make adjustments to an existing one (for example, choose another specialty for training on a contractual basis with a discount) until August 19. For admission, you must conclude an agreement by the end of August and pay for the first semester of study. You can conclude a contract on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00 at the addresses of Vernadsky Ave., 78 or st. Stromynka, 20 or in branches. For underage applicants, the presence of parents or legal representatives is required.

The procedure for enrolling in full-time and part-time forms training in specialties and areas of training for bachelors.

July 27 begins competitive selection and competitive lists are published: lists of applicants, ranked in descending order of the amount of points scored.

You can assess your chances of admission yourself on the website of the Admissions Committee in the section "Competitive Lists". Your position should be evaluated in lists sorted by originals and first priority. Please note that the competitive situation changes daily.

A prerequisite for admission is the submission of the original before August 3 (subject to participation in the first stage of enrollment) or August 6 (subject to participation in the second stage of enrollment). You can submit the original on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00 (you must have a passport and a receipt for accepting documents with you).

On August 3 and 6, the Admissions Committee is open until 18.00 (on August 1, the Admissions Committee is open until 15.00,
August 2 - does not work).

The issuance of originals is carried out at the address: Vernadsky Ave., 78 at 17:00 (when submitting an application for demanding documents before 15:00) or at 10:00 the next day (when submitting an application after 15:00).

Please note that for a number of areas there is a separate competition for applicants at the base vocational education(one entrance test each): the number of places for such a category of applicants is determined in proportion to the number of applications submitted.

July 30- orders on the enrollment of applicants within the admission quota will be published on the website and information stands:

• having special rights,
• no exams,
• to the places reserved for target recruitment.

All unoccupied places for applicants within the framework of quotas will be transferred to the open enrollment, that is, the number budget places may increase.

The admission procedure for applicants on a general basis consists of 2 stages:

Stage 1:

At the first stage, applicants for 80% of budget places will be enrolled. To participate in the 1st stage of enrollment, you must submit to the Admissions Committee by August 3 inclusive script educational document. Enrollment is carried out according to the sum of points from the number of applicants who submitted the original.

That is, if there are 10 budget places on the direction, then at the first stage 8 applicants with the highest scores from among those who submit the original before August 3.

This year there is no list of recommended ones: even applicants with small points have a chance to be enrolled in the university, provided that the original is submitted. However, even if you are the first in the competition list, we will not be able to enroll you with a copy.

The original is submitted to the university, and not for a specific direction / specialty, and upon admission, you are considered in the order of the priorities you specified. If you do not pass the points for budget places on the first priority, then you will be considered and can be credited to the second or third priority. There is no need to "shift" the original from referral to referral or to write additional applications - the selection committee will do it for you automatically.

Stage 2:

At the second stage of enrollment, admission to the remaining 20% ​​of budget places is possible, enrollment is carried out similarly to the first stage of enrollment.
To participate in the 2nd stage of enrollment, you must submit to the Admissions Committee by August 6 script educational document. If you submitted the original to the University earlier, but were not enrolled at stage 1, then you automatically participate in stage 2 of enrollment.

At the second stage, only enrolled applicants drop out of the competition list, that is, you can choose which stage of enrollment to take part in.
If you were enrolled in priority 2 or 3 in the first stage, then you continue to participate in the competition for budget places on a higher priority in the second stage without losing the place to which you were enrolled.

August 7- orders for enrollment at the second stage will be published on the website and information stands.

Please note that the need for a hostel does not affect the results of enrollment: the competition for places in the hostel is held separately, that is, you can go through the competition for budget places, but not get a hostel and vice versa. The competition for places in a hostel will be held within the framework of quotas allocated for institutes, therefore, when applying for specialties with a lower competition, the chances of getting a hostel are much higher. Information on the allocation of a seat will be indicated in the enrollment order.

If you want to be enrolled only if a place in a hostel is provided (for example, at a lower priority), then for this you must submit an application to the Admissions Committee for exclusion from the competition in case of not providing a place in the hostel.

Enrollment on a contractual basis ends on August 31, 2015. To enroll in paid places, you must submit to the admissions office:

• original educational document or consent to enrollment (with the attachment of a certified copy of the educational document);
• 3 copies of the contract for the provision of paid educational services, signed by the applicant;
• a copy of the paid receipt for the 1st semester of study.

Please note that this year on a number of destinations full-time training provided a discount at the expense of the University in the amount of 15%, subject to the conclusion of the contract before July 24 or a shortage of 1-3 points before the entrance to the budget. The cost of training (including a discount) is fixed for the entire duration of the training.

Even in the case of admission on a contractual basis, you continue to participate in the competition for budget places, and if received, the money will be returned minus the bank commission.

Exclusion from the competition for budget places is possible only if the applicant does not have enough points to get a place in the hostel and in the statement of consent to enrollment, he indicated that he refuses to enroll in case of failure to provide a place.

Dormitory at the time of the exams

For applicants in 2019, during the summer period, it is possible to provide places in a hostel at the time of submitting documents and passing entrance examinations.

To check into a hostel, it is necessary no later than 5 days before the check-in date for each person (both the applicant himself and one accompanying person) who needs a place in the hostel, send an application and receive confirmation from the University about the provision of a place.

Check-in at the hostel is carried out from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 20.00, on other days and times there is no check-in.
