Instructions for applying to the university. Electronic submission of an application for submission

On July 11, the university entrance campaign starts. This year, applicants will not stand in long lines to apply. Instead, they will submit their applications over the Internet while sitting at home.

"Inforesurs" developed step by step instructions for applicants so that there are no problems with submitting applications.

Registration will take place on the website, which will become active on the day of the start of accepting documents - July 11.

First you need to register in the system. To do this, applicants are asked to first familiarize themselves with the legislative and regulatory documents. After that, in the "Fill in the applicant's questionnaire" window, press "Registration" to go to the "Applicant's questionnaire" page.

After that, a window will appear on the screen in which, according to reliable data, you will need to fill in all the fields: login, email address, number of the VNO certificate, its pin and year of receipt (if you have several certificates, you need to enter the data of the latter), series, number and average score of the certificate, as well as attach a scanned copy of the supplement to the certificate.

Further, it is important to familiarize yourself with the Terms of Admission, the requirements for submitting electronic applications and information regarding consent to the processing of personal data. Then, in the appropriate box, put a mark on familiarization and click "Next".

It is very important to enter the correct score of the certificate. The applicant will no longer be able to change it. At the same time, if the university finds a discrepancy, they may refuse to participate in the competitive selection.

In the system "Submission of applications in electronic form" a personal "Cabinet of the applicant" will be created. In case of successful registration, a message will pop up on the screen, where the username chosen by the applicant will be indicated, as well as the provided password to enter the personal account. A message with a username and password will also be sent to your e-mail. After that, each applicant will be able to enter his personal account at any time convenient for him. The "Login" button is located in the upper right corner of the home page. After clicking this button, a window will open where you will need to enter your username and password, and then click "Next".

On the main page, next to the "Login" button there is a "Forgot password" button. To change a forgotten password, in the window that opens, you need to enter your username, data of the certificate of VNO and symbols from the figure below and click the "Next" button. A message about password change will appear on the screen, and a new password will be sent to the email specified during registration. If after that you still cannot enter your personal account - after entering the login and password, it is loaded home page- you need to completely clear the history and cache of the browser or change the browser.

If all the actions are performed correctly, the window of the electronic "Applicant's Cabinet" opens with information about the certificate and the certificate of VNO. Here it is mandatory to fill in the fields containing personal information: mobile and landline phone numbers. Gender, citizenship, date of birth are filled in automatically based on the data of the certificate and certificate of VNO 2016 and do not change. Without this data, the applicant will not be able to apply to universities.

From this office, applicants will apply for admission, as well as view their current status.

To submit an application to the university, you need to click on the "Apply" link, after which the corresponding form will appear on the screen. There are two ways to choose a university: by the location of the university and by the chosen specialty. To do this, you need to put the appropriate mark in the window.

If you know which university you want to apply to, you need to search for it "By location". In the search form, you need to specify the area locality, higher educational institution, specialty, faculty, specialization (if there is one), priority, if admission is at the expense of the state budget, to establish a designation if training is contractual, as well as on the need for a hostel and on familiarization with the rules for admission to a university.

If you have not yet chosen a specific university, select the search "By specialty". In the search form, you must select: specialty, locality, university, faculty, specialization (if any) and then everything, as in the search by location.

All fields of any of both forms must be completed, otherwise it will be impossible to apply. In the "active" fields, applicants must select one of the proposed options. If there are fields that do not contain data, then when choosing the options above, they have lost their relevance and you do not need to fill them out.

After completing all the above steps, you need to click "Submit an application", after which it will be added to the list of submitted applications.

Any application can be canceled until it is processed by the educational institution. To do this, you need to click the "Cancel" button, and the application will have the appropriate status.

After submitting an application, applicants can only wait for a message about the results of the examination of the application at the university. Depending on the state of consideration, the statuses of the application change:
- registered in EDEBO - confirmation of the fact of submitting an electronic application to the university
- requires clarification by applicants - the application is accepted for consideration, but some data require clarification. The university is obliged to urgently send the applicant a list of data requiring clarification and in what way they can be submitted.
- registered at the university - the applications were accepted for consideration, a personal file of the applicant with a personal number was opened and the issue of admitting the participant to the competitive selection is being resolved.
- admitted to the competition - the applicant is admitted to participate in the competitive selection.
- refused by the university - the applicant is not allowed to participate in the competitive selection on the basis of the decision of the selection committee, the university must also explain the reason for the refusal.
- canceled by the applicant or by the university - the application was canceled by the applicant before it was considered at the university, or it was canceled by the university with a mandatory explanation of the reasons. In this case, the application is considered not submitted.
- recommended for admission - information about the passage of applicants competitive selection for training at the expense of the state budget until August 5, 2016 or at the expense of legal entities or individuals. In this case, the applicant from the state budget must fulfill all the requirements of the Conditions of Admission for 2016.
- excluded from the list of recommended ones - the applicant has lost the right to be enrolled in the university due to non-fulfillment of the Admission Conditions or their violation, admission to another university, etc. The reason for the exclusion must be indicated.
- included in the order - by the order of enrollment for training, the applicant is enrolled in the university.

Application submitted in paper form to personal account is initially displayed under the status "Registered at the university".

It is worth recalling that the system "Submission of applications in electronic form" can only be used by applicants who have a certificate of the 2016 EIE and a certificate of complete secondary education who want to enter the full-time form of study for the degrees of a junior bachelor and bachelor (master and specialist in medical, pharmaceutical or veterinary directions). Everyone can apply 15 for five different specialties.

Previously, in order to apply to a university in another city, the personal presence of the applicant and his parents was required if he had not reached the age of majority. But today you can send an application for admission to a university remotely.

There are 2 ways to do this:

  • send documents by mail,
  • submit electronic documents via the Internet.

Mail delivery

On the website of the educational institution, you need to find out what documents you need to send, and download a sample of the application itself there. A complete set of documents with a completed and signed application is sent by mail or delivery services. There are certain risks involved in postal delivery. The kit will reach the addressee in about 5-7 days. The same amount (plus the time for consideration of your application) will require a return response.

Therefore, documents must be sent as early as possible in order to be on time.

If the letter is delayed or lost due to the fault of the mail itself, you may not be included in the list of applicants. There are alternatives to mail - various commercial delivery services or couriers. Choosing this option, you do not have to worry about timely delivery, but it is much more expensive.

Electronic delivery

Easier and more convenient to serve electronic documents to an educational institution via the Internet. On the university website you need to download electronic version applications, fill out and sign. It is necessary to attach scanned copies of other documents to the application (as a rule, they require a passport, educational document and its attachment) and send everything to email address admissions committee.

You can sign documents in the Microsoft Office interface or special programs - for example, Contour.Crypto.

On average, the review of an email by the commission takes 2-3 business days. Then the applicant is also informed in electronic form about the result. The maximum number of universities to which you can apply at the same time has not changed and is 5 educational institutions.

The nuances of submitting documents via the Internet

In the order of the Ministry of Education there is a requirement to organize the acceptance of documents "in electronic form, if such a possibility is provided in the university." There are no uniform requirements, so each university implements this in practice in different ways:

  • for example, Moscow University for the Humanities accepts documents by e-mail,
  • MSU will accept documents in PDF format signed by the CEP of any accredited CA.

Therefore, carefully read the rules in the educational institution of interest. There are universities that allow the opportunity to print an application form, sign it with a handwritten signature, and then attach it in a scanned form to a package of documents without using an electronic signature. But in this case, the application will not have and you will have to hurry to provide its original.

To avoid risks, we offer the applicant the following scheme of actions:

  1. Make sure that the university you want to enroll in accepts documents electronically.
  2. Send a document via the Internet by signing them with a qualified electronic signature of an individual.
  3. Receive an answer and make sure that it is meaningful: that is, it was signed, or the application was added to the list and published in some other way.
  4. If there is no answer, duplicate by mail with an explanatory letter about what was previously submitted in electronic form. If possible, come personally to admissions committee.

How much does an electronic signature cost?

In most cases, the cost of an applicant's travel with parents and living in another city exceeds the cost of an electronic signature. And the time saved on the trip can be spent on preparing for the entrance exams.

First action - preparing a list of documents

List of documents, which will be needed for admission to a small university. The first thing that an admissions officer will require is your passport, instead of which you can provide copies certified by a notary or, if the original is available, certified by an employee of the commission. You will definitely need education document(school certificate and USE certificate). The next document will be
application for admission to the university, and also you will be asked to do 4 photos, measuring 3 by 4 centimeters(for registration of a record book and a student card). We recommend signing photos with back side pencil to avoid loss and confusion.

In case you intend to stay in a hostel during your studies, then you will be asked vaccination certificate and medical examination results. If you are applying for benefits from the state, then be sure to prepare certificates of benefits.

Second action - we send documents to the university

In order for you to be accurately enrolled in a specific university, you must provide there original educational document, to other universities you can provide scans and copies of documents. If you do not have the opportunity to personally come to the admissions office, then you can send documents by mail(to another city) or provide electronic(if the university allows).

In 2016, applicants can submit documents:

Immediately to 5 universities maximum;
- for a maximum of 3 specialties in one university (in total, one applicant can enroll in 15 specialties at the same time).

The applicant can choose the form of study and the basis (contractual or budget) at his discretion within the framework of the procedures established by the university.

Acceptance of documents to universities starts no later than June 20, 2016, but may end at different times:

For applicants for specialties in which an additional test is a creative competition - 5'th of July;

For applicants to specialties requiring additional tests in the form of profile exams or exams conducted by the university - July 10;

For applicants whose enrollment result is only USE scores - July 25.

Action three - results of enrollment

Until July 27 educational establishments undertake to publish lists of names of applicants with exam results.
If you are in a good position and understand that you are passing by points, then feel free to bring the originals of documents to the university for the chosen specialty. remember, that August 1 - deadline for submitting originals for the first stream. If by the end of this day the originals are not provided by you, you will automatically be considered as refused enrollment.
