“Our plenipotentiary ambassadors ... have come to you with our credentials, in which we asked you to trust their words, spoken on our behalf. You write that they announced to you that they came with all the necessary powers to make Christendom; but when you allowed them to negotiate with your masters, they demanded that we retain four castles in the Livonian land: Neuhausen, Neischlos, Neymühl and Rugodiva, and they added to this the cities that last year, with the help of God, passed into your hands ; for this, in your words, they should have been sent back without completing the negotiations. And then they asked that you allow them to send to us for authority about all the conditions of peace and friendship you declared, and you allowed them to do so ... Those of your merchants who are detained without any guilt in our land, you ask to voluntarily release them with all of them. property and thus give you proof of our inclination and readiness for friendship.

Your gentlemen, as our ambassadors report ... told them on your behalf that you will make peace with us only if we give you the entire Livonian land to the last inch, that Velizh, Usvyat and Lake Ozerishche - all this is already with you ... and that we must destroy the city of Sebezh, and even pay you four hundred thousand gold pieces of gold for your loss that you equipped yourself, going to fight our lands. We have never met such self-confidence and we are perplexed: now you are going to make peace, and your glad is making such immense demands - what will they demand by interrupting the peace negotiations? movement is not necessary.

  • The red movement was united: a single command, which was under the control of the center (occupied two capitals and the central industrial district).

The Bolsheviks proposed to nationalize the land, transfer it from the hands of landowners to the hands of peasant farms and factories to transfer it to the workers.

№24 Various and often conflicting points of view are expressed on historical issues. Below is one of the conflicting points of view.

"The uprising of the Decembrists in 1825 was doomed in advance to failure and defeat."

Using historical knowledge, give two arguments that can be confirmed this point view, and two arguments that can refute it. Be sure to use historical facts when presenting your arguments.

Write down your answer as follows.
Arguments in support:
1) …
2) …

Arguments in rebuttal:
1) …
2) …

Answer:

Arguments in support:

1) The Decembrists acted secretly and there were no broad sections of the population on their side, the people did not know what values the Decembrists were fighting for, the people gathered in the square were mostly onlookers.

2) The uprising was poorly organized, because the leader of the uprising, Sergei Trubetskoy, did not come to the square on the day of the uprising, therefore, having lost its leader, the uprising lost its organization.

Arguments in rebuttal:
1) The uprising could have been successful, because the most suitable time was chosen for it (the period between the reign and the political and dynastic crisis).
2) the 18th century was an era palace coups, in which the main role was played by the guards regiments, the nobles, they made coups and imposed conditions on the monarchs, therefore, based on history, the uprising could have gone well.

Explanations: In this task, you need to recall the circumstances of the events of December 14, 1825.

№25 You need to write a historical essay about ONE of the periods in the history of Russia:

The essay must:

- indicate at least two significant events (phenomena, processes) related to a given period of history;
- name two historical personalities whose activities are associated with the indicated events (phenomena, processes), and, using knowledge of historical facts, characterize the roles of the individuals you named in these events (phenomena, processes);

Attention! When characterizing the role of each person you named, it is necessary to indicate the specific actions of this person, which significantly influenced the course and (or) the result of these events (processes,
phenomena).

- indicate at least two causal relationships that characterize the causes of the occurrence of events (phenomena, processes) that occurred during a given period;
- using knowledge of historical facts and (or) opinions of historians, to assess the impact of events (phenomena, processes) of a given period on the further history of Russia.
In the course of the presentation, it is necessary to correctly use historical terms, concepts related to this period.

The examination option referred to in this publication was offered to graduates at the early stage of the USE in history on March 20, 2017.

The following can be said about the content of the CMM:

In tasks 1-2, the content is normal, without surprises, except for the mention of Ipatiev Chronicle... As a rule, such concretization does not exist.

In task 3, in my opinion, terms related to the 18th century began to appear very often. Maybe this is a subjective view, but somehow it seems that other periods are underestimated in this regard.

The term in the fourth, on the contrary, is rather non-trivial. It is worth remembering the numerous purchases, ryadovichs and other tiuns with firemen. But not for long, otherwise they will dream at night together with some governor who charges you a virus :)

5-7 tasks are quite normal, nothing special.

Here in the 8th, the question about the scout, perhaps, surprised. An unusual character for assignments, although it seems that R. Sorge has already come across somewhere.

In 9th there is nothing complicated, but in 10th I would carefully read the text. Not a difficult question, but the impression is that the compiler was trying to disguise the name of the Soviet government when formulating the question. The ears, however, still stick out :)

The 11th task is without surprises, but the 12th makes for the second time thinking about what, perhaps, the tasks were made by a specialist in the history of Russia until the 19th century.

Tasks 13-16 for the Great Patriotic War - alas, this is one of the worst options with a map, may all fans of this period forgive me. Only the events of the Civil / Cold War or the economy can be worse.

17th by culture is normal, especially if you have watched, are watching or will watch the piggy banks of illustrations of the cat Stepan :)

Piggy banks of illustrations can be downloaded by

The 18th will not be difficult, like any image of this now popular format (stamps, coins), if you carefully consider and read the proposed options. The 19th task is also not difficult, all personalities are more than well-known.

As for the tasks of the second part, 20-21 will not cause difficulties, but 22 should be carefully studied and not rushed with an answer, which, at the same time, is literally on the surface.

Task 23 proves once again that the decisions of the main congresses of the Bolshevik party need to be known (see)

The 24th Argument Task creates a sustainable déjà vu that Alexander III in the tasks it became simply obscenely a lot. So, for example, in the last Statgrad training room from April (2017) there was an assignment about his internal politics.

The choice of periods for the composition was disappointing. The first and the last, moreover, are cross-temporal, which in itself makes them difficult. Part of the reign of Nicholas II in the second version also does not improve the picture.

In general, the good thing here is that no one will come across this option.

The structure of the KIM USE 2017 by history

Each version of the examination work consists of two parts and includes 25 tasks that differ in form and level of difficulty.

Part 1 contains 19 tasks with a short answer. V examination paper the following types of tasks with a short answer are proposed:
- tasks for choosing and recording correct answers from the proposed list of answers;

- tasks to determine the sequence of the arrangement of these elements;

- assignments to establish the correspondence of elements, data in several information series;

- tasks to determine by the indicated signs and writing in the form of a word (phrase) of a term, name, name, century, year, etc.

The answer to the tasks of Part 1 is given by the corresponding entry in the form of a sequence of numbers written without spaces and other separators; the words; phrases (also written without spaces and other separators).

Part 2 contains 6 tasks with a detailed answer, identifying and assessing the development of various complex skills by graduates.
Tasks 20-22 are a set of tasks related to the analysis of a historical source (carrying out attribution of the source; extracting
information; attraction of historical knowledge to analyze the problematics of the source, the position of the author).

Tasks 23-25 are associated with the use of methods of cause-effect, structural-functional, temporal and spatial analysis to study historical processes and phenomena. Task 23 is related to the analysis of any historical problem, situations. Task 24 - analysis of historical versions and assessments, argumentation of various points of view using the knowledge of the course. Task 25 involves writing historical writing... Alternative task 25: a graduate has the opportunity to choose one of three periods of Russian history and demonstrate his knowledge and skills on the historical material he is most familiar with. Task 25 is assessed according to a system of criteria.

On the exam in history, there is usually a little more than 5 percent of students who scored high scores... There are about twice as many poor students.

It is noted that not everyone knows how to work with maps and factual material. Schoolchildren are often mistaken when answering questions about the Great Patriotic War. Pupils do not always understand the difference between her and World War II.

Before exams, it is recommended to repeat the dates, refresh the memory of the names of commanders, heroes, statesmen... So, on the exam in 2016, about 20 percent of graduates wrote that the hero Soviet Union is a fighter - saboteur, executed by the Nazis in 1941, Lydia Ruslanova, and not Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya. There were also those who sent Marshal Alexander Vasilevsky to battle in the Chesme Bay in 1770, while he was chief of the General Staff during the Great Patriotic War, commanded the 3rd Belorussian Front, and led the assault on Konigsberg.

Recently passed early exam in one of the most difficult, but, nevertheless, popular exams - history and social studies. What to look for and what is worth repeating in the remaining time for those who will take the USE in May-June are advised by the guys who have already coped with this test.

Maria Toroptseva

I took the exam in history ahead of schedule, because I decided to re-enroll in another specialty. The exam was held in the standard mode, like last year. Nothing terrible happened.

I came across a difficult option, for some of the questions I did not know the answers at all. I forgot many of the dates that were in the exam - probably worried.

Difficult map and second part. In the collections for which I prepared, in general, everything is much simpler.

I advise those who will take it to study more in the 20th century and important events that took place in other countries.

Yana Vetergan

I can say that I did not feel that there was something difficult, because I taught everything. There were tasks that I had to think about, namely, a task with cards. The atmosphere was quite pumping for me, the inspectors were strict. Most of all, I did not like the fact that we were seated 30 minutes earlier. And then KIMs were printed in front of us.

I would advise you not to worry and not pay attention to evil inspectors. Think not about how to score on the threshold, but about the maximum score you can get.

And one more thing: if you want to copy from cheat sheets, then it is better to do it after an hour or two, because calm down and start thinking.

Social science:

Ksenia Lipinskaya

The social studies exam went overall better than I expected. I got a good second part, where there was not much politics and law. I spent about 30-35 minutes on the test, about 40 minutes on the essay, and everything else on tasks from 21 to 28.

Difficulties were caused by the blocks "legislative process", "powers of the authorities" in the test section and criteria for determining the type of inflation: galloping, moderate and hyperinflation.

I didn't expect that I would write an essay on the topic of economics, but there was no other choice - the rest of the topics were not very clear. The observers were very polite, brought them to the audience, explained everything in detail.

I would like to give some advice to those who are about to take the exam soon:

1) Do not think that you will definitely write an essay on the topic of sociology or economics, because they may come across different. And sometimes it is better to choose another block if you are sure that you can open it well.

2) If you cannot decide test tasks, it is better to leave it for later, since the test contains tasks that everyone considers easy, but you can formulate your thoughts for a long time. Therefore, it is better to spend time on those items that will bring more points.

3) I submitted my work three minutes before the end of the exam. If you don’t worry and tune yourself to the fact that you don’t have enough time, then you will be able to focus on work without panic. Remember to look at the time often as this will keep you in control.

And work through the tasks in the collections - everything is very similar.

Igor Kopylov

I took the Unified State Exam ahead of schedule, because last year I received low scores for some subjects, I decided to improve. I didn’t know that the USE is being repeated in an early period. I found this out in December when I submitted my application, and after that I began to intensively repeat and study the material for preparation. The last weeks before the exam have been nervous. I devoted almost all my free time to preparation.

The control in the PPE was on the highest level, it was impossible to spy on, even sometimes the observers allowed themselves to go to the toilet when there were surrenders (which they have no right to do, by the way). The atmosphere in the classrooms was working, there were young and not very young people who came there consciously, and not on the instructions of their parents and teachers. Most of the guys left right after they wrote the first part. By the structure of the work, I can say that they seemed to me even easier than in the exams a year ago. Perhaps it seemed to me so, because I was better prepared, or maybe I just got an easy option, the Unified State Exam is a big lottery.

A couple of tips for those who take the exam during the main period:

1) Prepare systematically, plan the time you have, and follow the program.

2) On the eve of the exam, do not decide anything, you can only repeat the theory, otherwise thoughts will get confused on the exam.

3) Do not be afraid that you will not pass, because you can always try again, this is not critical.

4) Allocate time for the exam itself. Because four hours isn't that long when you're writing Social Studies Part C.
