Self-analysis

As a leader in the summer camp, I worked for the first time. Difficulties, of course, were certainly. This is, firstly, familiarity and establish contact not only with children, but also their parents; Secondly, it was necessary to quickly find exits from complex situations. In general, I liked the leader to work. There were no difficulties with children. I was pleased that the children themselves were actively involved in the activity, they did not need to make something to do. Previously, I thought it was difficult to work with children with disabilities. Practice showed how I was mistaken. Work with them is interesting and informative.
