I . Lead diary.

If you are raising children, keep a diary at least occasionally, look back at your height and your abilities. Do you have the qualities that you want to bring up in children?

Soon you will become convinced that your personality is the main means of education and that you educate, without even thinking about it, by your very existence next to him.

2. Smile .

Your whole life is driven by love. Guard love around you, grow it in yourself, look for and find an opportunity to easily and directly smile at each of your students.

3. State d u w and teachers.

The lesson is climbing a high mountain. If you feel tired, enter the class at a brisk pace and start the lesson immediately.

In the classroom, the most important thing is the state of mind of the teacher. Go steep and straight.

Work heals, work aligns, work connects. Fall in love with these mountain climbs.

4. Be available.

Learn-means to open your benevolent heart, to tell everyone how infinitely dear and interesting he is to you.

5. H and the words lies!

You're a teacher! About everyone you can say what you think, to everyone you can turn your word, for there is no lie in any of your words.

6. Goodness,

Do not forget that correct decisions that you expect from children in the classroom is the result of the knowledge you give and where this knowledge comes from.

7. Poor quality.

Poor quality, teaching is most clearly manifestedXia in an easy transition to irritation. Irritability - misbehavingrying spiritual energy. It is from the duality of existence.

By getting irritated, you devalue the profession.

8. Joy.

The indifference of the teacher is worse than it is customary to think about it.sulk every meeting with students. It will bring you closer.

9. Generosity hearts.

Did your student hurt you? You inanger, frustration and sadness? Try to overpower yourself.

The best way to get rid of evil is not to respond to its call. This is the creativity of the spirit and the generosity of the heart.

10. Way v Infinity.

As you teach the lesson, think about the endless ocean, love the element of air,include the universe in your heart.

After all, love is the path to infinity. And those who follow this path cannot but love each other.

11. Victory what do things.

Do not be afraid of defeat in the face of children. It will not happen if you know that you are raising children for all of humanity. Then every moment of being among children is a path to beauty. And restyour heart.

12. Celebration spirit.

There are a lot of things to do. And there will always be a lot. But the main thing, having embarked on the path of teaching, is to realize: the teacher is fate, the teacher is like a wanderer on the only path leading to the triumph of the spirit,

13. T a and n s t in o eternal.

Try to guess the fate of their parents from your students. "Think those about these destinies. Note to yourself what you managed to find in common in parents with their children, except for the external similarity. How important it is to develop your ear for eternity!

14. Privilege student.

The teacher said that for 20 years she has been achieving the ability to move correctly in the classroom.

Sitting during the lesson, she believes, is a student's privilege.

15. Stadium under windows apartment.

The teacher runs in the morning in the stadium located under the windows of her apartment. She explains it this way: "I don't want to be a teacher with a broken voice and tired sore legs."

16. General meal.

A common meal with students is what an important and rare participation in each other's life. But your simple gesture will not go to waste if it is filled with meaning.

17. Smelling.

Experience the amazement that life has decreed this: there is a school you go to, there is a class where students are waiting for you. Enjoy it. And let your heart shrink from understandinghow responsible it is.

18. Chum a.

Are you feeling devastated? Be merciful - I will not failpay the class threshold in this state. Don't spread the plague. It is getting dark.Walk through the courtyards, let through all the rabid teenagersand think: it was created by the emptiness in the thoughts of adults.

19. Emptiness.

There is no empty space. The older and stronger the person, themore terrible is the emptiness inside him. More terrible because they are not empty. Theyfilled with lurking evil. willingness to contribute to it. Poisonothers.

20.Life and death.

Life and death are intermediate concepts. Every moment -it is the birth of a new time and its dying. Learn to see itwithout losing the tremulous joy of being present at birthtime andquietsorrow from his dying.

This article has existed for almost two years and a lot of readers have complained that my words are not substantiated by anything, only by experience. They demanded to provide normative acts, but I could not find anything. Searching for an answer to a question from one of the users accidentally brought me to an order of the ministry with methodological recommendations on the work of a class teacher, and I decided to update the article and comment on it in accordance with the normative act.

While still working at school, I was amazed and outraged at how much a teacher should do if he is also a class teacher. I have already written a little about the large number of "professional facets" of the teacher. This article will describe the role of the homeroom teacher from the point of view of the ministry of education.

Schools and teachers can be guided in their work by order Of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated February 3, 2006 No. 21 "On the approval guidelines on the implementation of the functions of the class teacher by pedagogical workers of state educational institutions subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal educational institutions ", which regulate the activities of the class teacher.

Classroom teacher Is a teacher in any subject who guides the whole life (at school and outside of school) of one class assigned to it and communicates with parents.

According to the law (part 1 of Article 60.2 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation), any additional work must be performed with the written consent of the employee and for an additional fee. In fact, the classroom leadership is written in employment contract and the teacher automatically agrees with the performance of this work upon signing. Rarely can anyone refuse this, although he has every right, and it is paid far from proportionality to the time spent and efforts.

The functions of the class teacher and what is needed to implement them:

  • Know Name, surname, home address, telephone (preferably) of each child in their class, as well as the name of the parents (legal representatives), their phone number. I also asked for data on the place of work of the parents, but they are most likely redundant.
    In this case, the following functions of the class teacher from the organizational and coordinating ones are implemented:
  • - communication of general educational institution with family;

  • - establishing contacts with parents (other legal representatives) of students ...;

  • This data is also required to perform the following function:
  • - documentation management (class journal, personal files of students).

  • Know personality traits of the child (if possible) . Not all character traits and inclinations are visible to the teacher immediately or even over time. Parents see the student in their own way, in a different environment. We all want the child to be perceived as a person with all the characteristics of character and behavior, so tell the class teacher about them.
    This may be necessary for:

    - Classroom organization educational process optimal for the development of the positive potential of the personality of students within the framework of the activities of the whole school collective;

    interaction with each student and the class team as a whole;

    To carry out communication functions:

    regulation interpersonal relationships between learners;

    establishing interaction between teachers and students;

    assisting students in the formation of communicative skills

  • Know the reason for the absence of the child in class ... The class teacher is responsible for the life and health of the child during class. Therefore, they ask you for help, etc. On the basis of these documents, the administration draws up an official order to release the child from classes. Thus, the parent (legal representative) assumes responsibility for the child's life and health during classes. This is a control function:

    control over the attendance of training sessions by students.

  • Gotta cook and spend meetings and

    consultations, conversations with parents (other legal representatives) of students;

  • check diaries at least once a week (give marks, paste in information important for parents, announce the date of the parent meeting, etc.). There is now electronic diaries, as well as most of the information is posted on the school's website (the school is obliged to constantly update the information on the website to ensure the information transparency of the educational institution, keep this in mind). But many parents would like to receive information from paper in the old fashioned way.

    control over the progress of each student;

  • Know medical indications and contraindications for each child - recommended
    The teacher has no right to demand medical reports and diagnoses. But parents, if they wish, can tell if the child has an allergy or physical features to consider when organizing educational process(for example, poor eyesight).
  • Know family social status (whether the family is poor (officially), how many children are in the family, whether the parents are divorced).
    This information is collected for activities social educator.

    assistance to parents in educating students (personally, through a psychologist, social teacher, teacher of additional education)

    Going with children to the cinema, theater and other educational or recreational activities-

    organization of educational work with students through conducting "small teachers' councils", pedagogical councils, thematic and other events;

Methodical recommendations also highlight the forms of work that the class teacher can use to carry out their functions: individual (conversations, consultations); group (for example, self-government bodies, which for some reason have now ceased to be relevant, at least in my school); collective (competitions, performances, concerts).

The success of the work is proposed to be assessed by the level social development students (general culture, discipline), that is, by results. The process of work itself is also assessed, that is, how the class teacher organized educational work with students, how he interacts with the school staff and parents.

But some things are still not covered in the document, but, in my opinion, are important for work - these are things that cannot be done in the work of the class teacher and a little about his schedule.

The class teacher is not entitled to

Finally ...

Two years later, I returned to the article with a different understanding of the school and working in it as a homeroom teacher. Some readers disagreed with my opinion (though without explaining why). Now I understand that a lot depends on people and there are a lot of teachers who really like to be the class teacher and a large number of their functions are not frightened or annoying. For me, this work was a burden, as I wanted to to a greater extent preparing for lessons, not counting the remaining money for food and checking diaries.

Anything to add or object to? Write in the comments. I'm waiting in the VK and Odnoklassniki groups.
