The Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy was organized in 1936 as the Perm State Pharmaceutical Institute. In 1995, the Perm State Pharmaceutical Institute was renamed into the Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy, and in 2005 - into the State educational institution higher vocational education"Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy Federal agency on health care and social development ", in 2011 to the state budgetary educational institution of higher professional education" Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy "of the Ministry of Health and social development Russian Federation, and since 2012 - to the state budgetary educational institution of higher professional education "Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Admission to training is carried out for the first year.
Admission to training is carried out within check digits admission of citizens to study at the expense of budgetary allocations of the federal budget (hereinafter - respectively - control figures, budgetary allocations) and under education contracts concluded upon admission to training at the expense of individuals and (or) legal entities (hereinafter - contracts for the provision of paid educational services).

- admission quota for education at the expense of budgetary allocations for disabled children, disabled groups I and II, disabled from childhood, disabled due to military injury or illness received during the passage military service, which according to the conclusion federal institution medical and social examination is not contraindicated in the education in PGFA, orphans and children left without parental care, as well as persons from among orphans and children left without parental care (hereinafter referred to as a special quota). Admission to study at the expense of budgetary allocations is carried out on a competitive basis, unless otherwise provided by the Federal Law.
Admission to training on-site with payment of the cost of training by individuals and (or) legal entities is carried out on the conditions determined by the "Regulations on admission to places with payment of tuition fees at the Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy for the 2016/2017 academic year."
The conditions for admission to training in basic vocational educational programs must guarantee the observance of the right to education and enrollment from among applicants with an appropriate level of education, the most capable and prepared to master the educational program of the appropriate level and appropriate orientation.
Admission to undergraduate and specialist degree programs (with the exception of admission of persons eligible for admission without entrance examinations) held:

PSFA conducts admission under the following conditions for admission to training (hereinafter referred to as admission conditions):
- separately for full-time, part-time, part-time forms of study;
- separately for undergraduate and specialist programs, depending on their focus (profile) in accordance with the rules specified in paragraph 13 of these Rules.
For each set of admission conditions, separate lists of applicants are formed and separate contests are held on the following grounds for admission to training (hereinafter referred to as the grounds for admission):

- to places within a special quota;
- to places within target quota;

PSFA holds a single competition for applicants entering bachelor's degree programs, a specialist's program based on different levels of education on the same conditions of admission and the same grounds for admission.
Admission to training, depending on the focus (profile) of educational programs (subparagraph 2 of paragraph 11 of these Rules) is carried out for undergraduate programs in each area of training in general and for the specialty program in general.
For admission to training, applicants submit an application for admission with an attachment required documents(hereinafter together - the documents required for admission; documents submitted for admission; submitted documents).
The person to whom the applicant has been granted the appropriate authority (hereinafter referred to as the authorized person) can carry out actions in respect of which it is established by the Prvili that they are performed by the applicant, and which do not require the applicant's personal presence (including submitting the documents necessary for admission to the PGFA, revoking submitted documents). A year has passed since I graduated from Alma Mater, namely the Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy in my beloved city of Perm. It was difficult and at the same time intense and happy 6 years of difficult study, varied communication and limitless life experience... I still proudly recall the moment when the rector announced the passing score for the results of three exams in chemistry, biology and Ukrainian language... My heart almost jumped out of my chest when I heard the number and realized that the student! The competition was 4 people per place. Enrollment cost me a lot of effort. And then it began: an incredible flow of information, laboratories, chemical experiments, medical experiments, thick textbooks, white coats and 10 unchanging faces of classmates were introduced into life for 5 long years. Of course, there is a trade union at the university, a cultural center for creative youth, student government, scientific communities and sports sections. All this also saturated student life and gave it colors. The Perm Pharmaceutical Academy was of all-Union importance in the old days, and now it is the only university of the pharmaceutical direction in Perm. A strong and professional teaching staff, a credit-modular training system, as well as their own enthusiasm did their job - they helped to gain knowledge and graduate with dignity. But I consider the main result of this life stage to be a meeting with my current husband, a colleague. The organization of the educational process is not bad, mainly 4 pairs per day - 3 lectures and 1 practical (seminars or laboratory sessions). You have to prepare a lot and every day, they ask strictly and carry out mandatory test or written control of knowledge at each practical lesson. The teaching staff is very strong, they are practicing doctors, chemists, technologists, pharmacologists and other specialists. many have advanced degrees. Usually there are no problems with the dean's office, they are loyal, they can help and reassure if there are problems with studies. Retakes are paid, 150 rubles for the exam, but almost everyone retakes the second time. Some exams can be passed by going to personal consultations with host teachers, which is also paid separately, but guarantees a positive assessment. Also, tests and exams can be bought illegally, although not in all subjects and not from all teachers. The cost is different: a bottle of cognac, household appliances or a sum of money (from 1000 to 10000p). Also, sometimes you can find answers to exam and other tasks. The academy has a trade union, a KVN team, a choir, sports sections, and a dance group. Permanent excursions, concerts, theater trips are organized. In one of the buildings there is a dental office where students can undergo treatment. After graduating from PGFA, you can also undergo an internship in 3 specialties there: pharmacist-organizer, pharmacist-technologist, pharmacist-analyst. The cost of training in an internship is 25 tr. The form of study is full-time and part-time. Almost all graduates work in the specialty: deputies and heads of pharmacies, head. department, pharmacists-first-rate physicians, medical representatives, specialists in the certification of medicines.
In our country there is a specialized university for the training of pharmacists. It is called the Perm Pharmaceutical Academy (PGFA). Officially, this educational institution has existed for several decades, but its origins arose a century ago. In 1918 a pharmaceutical department was opened in Perm. It earned on the basis of a local classical university.
Foundation of an educational institution
The pharmaceutical department, later transformed into the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy, existed for a rather long time. The training of specialists was carried out until 1930 - until the classical university was closed. When the educational organization ceased to exist, the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy began an independent activity. To train pharmacists again, a pharmaceutical faculty was opened in the city of Perm on the basis of the Perm medical institute, and in 1936 this structural unit became an independent educational institution. New university was named Perm State Pharmaceutical Institute.
University development
