Seminar - workshop

Senior educator: Dear colleagues. I am very glad to see you. The topic of our meeting: "Project activities in kindergarten"
We are faced with the following tasks:
- improve pedagogical skills,
- to raise the methodological level in mastering the design technology,
- to promote creative search.
The use of the project method in preschool education, as one of the methods of integrated teaching of preschoolers, can significantly increase the independent activity of children, develop creative thinking, the ability of children to independently find information about an object or phenomenon of interest in various ways and use this knowledge to create new objects of reality. And also does educational system Preschool educational institution open for active participation parents.

Touching upon this topic, I propose to go on a pedagogical journey on our steamer "Fairy Glade" to the warm shores of project activities to the Projects Island. To refresh and use your knowledge of the design method in your creative endeavors.
You have already bought tickets, so please take a seat in your "cabins" (teachers sit down at the tables, each table has its own name, all the tasks that will be needed for subsequent work are prepared on it).
So. We are sailing away. Close your eyes, sit back and listen to the sound of the sea (sea noise recording)... Open your eyes, we are already far from the coast, the ocean is all around. In the meantime, we are smoothly swaying on the waves, let's remember what the Project is. For fruitful work, I ask you to unite in your cabins around the tables. Take ticket number 1 and discuss the assignment. One of the cabins needs to answer the question asked.

1 Assignment: Find a definition, what is a project?
The project is ………
1. Collection and presentation of comprehensive information on a given topic from various sources, including the presentation of different points of view on this issue, presentation of statistical data, interesting facts(abstract, report, report);
2. The way of communication and transfer of information from person to person in the form of oral and written messages, body language and other (communication);
3. Work aimed at solving a specific problem, at achieving in the best way a pre-planned result (project);
4. This is the provision of conditions for the formation of children common human values, the formation of their moral meanings and attitudes - attitude to the world according to the laws of Good, Truth, Beauty (education);
5. This is the child's desire for coordinated, well-coordinated work in the children's team (cooperation)
Well done, they quickly coped with the task.

Senior educator: Today the state has set a task to prepare a completely new generation: active, inquisitive. And preschool institutions, as the first step in education, already imagine what a kindergarten graduate should be like, what integrative qualities he should have. Project activities will help to link the learning and education process with real events from the life of a child, as well as to interest him, to carry him into this activity. It allows you to unite teachers, children, parents, teach how to work in a team, collaborate, plan your work. Each child will be able to prove himself, to feel needed, which means that he will have confidence in his abilities.
IN etymological dictionary the word "project" is borrowed from Latin and means "thrown forward", "protruding", "conspicuous". Translated from Greek - a project is a way of research.
It was revealed that the concept of "project" is a method of pedagogically organized mastering by a child the environment in the process of phased and pre-planned practical activities to achieve the set goals.
A project is also understood as an independent and collective creative completed work that has a socially significant result. The project is based on a problem, for its solution it is necessary exploratory search in various directions, the results of which are generalized and combined into one whole.
The project method is a pedagogical technology, the core of which is the independent activity of children - research, cognitive, productive, in the process of which the child learns the world and translates new knowledge into real products. The essence of the "project method" in education is such an organization educational process, in which students acquire knowledge and skills, experience of creative activity, emotional-value attitude to reality in the process of planning and implementation of gradually becoming more complex practical assignments projects that have not only cognitive, but also pragmatic value.
The main goal of the project method is the development of a free, creative personality, which is determined by the tasks of development and the tasks of the research activities of children.
The specificity of interaction with the use of the project method in preschool practice is that adults need to help the child discover a problem or, even provoke its occurrence, to arouse interest in it, but at the same time not overdo it with help and care. The project method is based on the idea of focusing the cognitive activity of preschoolers on the result that is achieved in the process working together teacher, children, parents over a specific practical problem (topic). Project activities in kindergarten are in the nature of cooperation, in which children, parents, preschool teachers take part.
The planning of project activities should begin with the questions: "What is the project for?", "What is it for?", "What will be the product of the project?"
Generalization: Thus, in the project activity, the role of an adult is great: friend, mentor, observer, discoverer, etc. In order to carry out such work aimed at solving a specific problem, at achieving a pre-planned result in the optimal way, the teacher must be able to negotiate, distribute responsibilities, develop the personality of each child, without offending or infringing upon anyone, be able to hear and listen. And this is very difficult. Now I suggest you try to do this job. Take ticket number 2 and complete the task.
2 Assignment: Psycho-gymnastics "Be attentive ..."
Team members stand near their chairs. They need to pay in order up to 33. But for each digit "3", and the number that is divisible by this digit, they need to clap their hands. The test identifies skills such as listening and hearing another. After a minute of preparation, the teams proceed to the task.
Senior educator: Our journey to the island of Projects continues. Open ticket number 3 and let's remember what kind of projects there are. First read the assignment, discuss, and then answer the question.
3 Assignment: Pick a definition.
Research projects are ... - After the implementation of the project, the result is formalized in the form of a children's party.
Creative projects are ... - Children conduct experiments, observations, after which the results are drawn up in the form of newspapers, books, albums, exhibitions and more.
Information projects are ... -These are projects with elements creative games, when the guys enter the image of the characters of the fairy tale, solving the problems and tasks in their own way.
Game projects are ... - Children collect information and implement it, focusing on their own social interests (design of a group, separate corners, etc.).
Thus, we can see that projects are classified:
a) according to the dominant method (research, informational, creative, play),
b) by the number of participants (individual, pair, group and frontal);
c) by duration (short-term, average duration and long-term),
d) by the nature of contacts (carried out within one age group, in contact with another age group, within a preschool educational institution, in contact with a family, public organizations... (open source project). (E.S. Evdokimova "Design technology in a preschool educational institution", M. 2006)
Work on a project, which includes drawing up a well-grounded action plan, which is formed and refined throughout the entire period, goes through several stages. At each of which, the interaction of the teacher with the children is personality-oriented. To determine the stages of project activities, open ticket number 4.
4 Assignment: Define the stages of project activities.
Participants need to think about and define the stages of work on the project. Submit your generalizations.
Senior educator: Thus, the first stage of project development is the definition of the problem, goal-setting. As a result of joint discussion, a hypothesis is put forward, which the teacher proposes to confirm in the process of search activity. First, there is a general discussion so that the children find out what they already know about a particular subject or phenomenon. The teacher can record the children's answers on a large sheet of Whatman paper. For this, it is better to use conventional symbols that are familiar and accessible to children. Then the teacher asks the question: "What do we want to know?"
At the second stage, children make assumptions to the question: "How do we find answers to questions?" The solution to the question posed can be various activities: reading books, encyclopedias, asking for help from parents, kindergarten specialists, going on an excursion, conducting an experiment, and so on. The teacher helps children plan their activities in solving assigned tasks, assign roles.
The third stage is practical - children explore, create, search. To activate children's thinking, the teacher offers to solve problem situations, puzzles. It is necessary that the teacher can create a situation where the child has to learn something on his own, guess, try, come up with something. The environment around the child should be, as it were, unfinished, unfinished.
The fourth stage is the presentation of the project. Depending on the age of the children, the result of the project may be: final games - classes, games - quizzes, mini - museums, creative newspapers, design of albums, exhibitions and more.
5 Assignment: Answer the question.
Insert the missing phrase into the definition:
- The integrated teaching method is for preschoolers ... (informational; experimental; experimental - research, innovative).
- The essence of the "project method" in education is such an organization of the educational process in which students acquire ... (first knowledge about the world around them, skills in communication and solving applied tasks; knowledge about the world in an indirect way, through books, communication, television, other sources ...; knowledge and skills, experience of creative activity, emotional-value attitude to reality in the process of planning and performing gradually more complicated practical tasks - projects; the ability to adapt to a new team).
Thus, the work on the project is interesting because the range of knowledge of children turns out to be extremely wide, and it is constantly growing, as children begin to acquire knowledge on their own, attracting all available means. The method of designing the activities of preschoolers at the present stage of development preschool education is one of the priorities.
So unnoticed, you and I ended up off the coast of the project island. I invite everyone to warm up and take a walk on the hot sand.
Senior educator(conducts the game "Who is Faster"): I will name the numbers. Immediately after the number is named, exactly as many people should stand up as the number sounded (no more and no less). For example, if I say “four,” then four of you should get up as quickly as possible. They can sit down only after I say "thank you." You must complete the task in silence. Tactics for completing the task should be developed in the process of work, focusing on the actions of each other. "
Also, the guys in the gym with a physical education instructor work in a harmonious and friendly manner.
Presentation of the project "The past and the present of the ball". Analysis of the final event (responsible physical education instructor).
Senior educator: And now I propose to answer comic questions.
- What is in front of Boris and in the back of Gleb? (Letter "B").
-Which clock shows the exact time only 2 times a day? (Who stopped).
- How do day and night end? (With a soft sign).
- Two birches grow. Each birch has 4 cones. How many cones are there? (Cones do not grow on a birch).
Well, what are you fellows, the same as the guys from the middle group "Romashka". They easily cope with developmental tasks, conduct search activities together with their teachers.
Presentation of the "Wintering Birds" project. Analysis of the final event (responsible group educator).
Senior educator (thanks the teachers for providing work experience in project activities): And now I propose to take your places in the cabins, it is time to return to kindergarten (sound of the sea).
The project method as a pedagogical technology is a combination of research, search, problematic methods, creative in nature, that is, it is based on the development of children's cognitive skills, the ability to independently construct their knowledge, navigate the information space.
- While we are sailing back, home, I propose to exchange the received impressions and continue the phrase: "Today I ..."
“Dreams are the sails of our life. You can swim without them ... but slowly and not far. And I wish you that your ship "Rabota" always sailed confidently and was accompanied only by positive emotions. I wish you creative success. Thanks for your work.

Workshop for teachers "Health-saving technologies in the practice of a preschool teacher"

Bizina Tatyana Nikolaevna, teacher-speech therapist, MBDOU kindergarten of the combined type "Malyshok" s. Dobroe, Lipetsk region
Workshop for teachers "Health-saving technologies in the practice of a preschool teacher"
Target: the use of health-preserving technologies in the correctional upbringing and educational process.
Tasks: to acquaint teachers with a variety of methods and techniques that have a positive effect on the speech development of children.
-Dear colleagues!
- Shout out loud and in chorus, friends,
Will you refuse to help me? (Yes or no?)
Do you love children? Yes or no?
You came to the master class,
I have no strength at all,
Do you want to listen to lectures here? (No)
I understand you…..
How to be gentlemen?
Do we need to solve children's problems? (Yes)
Give me an answer then
Will you refuse to help me? (No)
The last I will ask you:
Will you all be active? (Yes or no)
So, with a great mood and positive emotions, we start the workshop "Health-saving technologies in the practice of a preschool teacher"
Carrying out
Health-saving technologies are an integral part of speech therapy correction work. A child with speech impairments has low performance, increased fatigue, lack of formation of voluntary mental processes, in addition, they often get sick. Overcoming these difficulties is possible only through the creation of a health-preserving environment and the right choice forms, methods and techniques of speech therapy correction.
In my work, I actively use both traditional and unconventional methods: articulatory gymnastics, finger gymnastics, massage and self-massage, eye gymnastics, bioenergoplasty, kinesiological exercises, breathing exercises. There is no doubt that the above methods are components of health-preserving technologies. Thanks to the use of health-preserving technologies, children experience:
- improving memory, attention, thinking;
- increasing the ability to voluntary control;
- general improvement emotional state;
- increased efficiency, self-confidence;
- motor functions are stimulated;
- reduces fatigue;
- spatial representations are improved;
- the respiratory and articulatory apparatus develops;
- stimulated speech function;
- the somatic state improves.
Today, dear colleagues, I would like to acquaint you with the above methods. I will be glad if you use these methods in your work.
An integral and very important part of speech therapy work is articulatory gymnastics... Regular performance helps:
- improve the blood supply to the articulatory organs and their innervation (nerve conduction)
- improve the mobility of the articulatory organs;
- strengthen the muscular system of the tongue, lips, cheeks;
- to reduce the tension of the articulatory organs;
I carry out articulation exercises with children using mirrors, which we will now do.
"Happy Tongue Day"
Once upon a time there was a cheerful Tongue, he woke up early in the morning.
He opened the window.
Looked to the left, to the right. (When the mouth is open, the tongue moves from right to left).
Looked down (tongue movement down)
It rained at night: are there any puddles?

Looked up (movement of the tongue up): is the sun shining?
I closed the window (close my mouth) and ran the tongue into the bathroom to wash ( Circular motions tongue around lips "Delicious Jam".)
And the cheerful tongue ran into the kitchen for breakfast. Mom baked pancakes in the kitchen.
The tongue ate three pies (put a wide tongue on the lower lip). And he went for a walk outside, Tongue went out onto the porch of the house. There is a long fence around the house. Here's one. ("Fence"). And on the roof of the house there is such a pipe (pull your lips forward with tension). A cheerful painter was painting the fence. ("Painter"). Tongue ran to his horse. He stroked her. Tongue jumped on a horse, they galloped together (clatter of tongue)
Tongue played with his horse and thought that he had to return home. Mom was waiting for him at home ...
She bought Tongue a beautiful accordion and drum.
The tongue took the drumsticks and played a merry march: "de-de-de, de-de-de, de-de-de ..." He was very happy with the new toy and very glad that he returned home to his mother.
One of the forms of wellness work is - finger gymnastics
Scientists who study the activity of the child's brain, the psyche of children, have found that the level of speech development is in direct proportion to the degree of formation of fine movements of the fingers. Performing various exercises with the fingers, the child achieves good development of fine motor skills of the hands, which contributes to the development of attention, thinking, memory, has a beneficial effect on the development of speech and prepares the hand for writing. An intense action on the fingertips stimulates blood flow to the hands. This favors psycho-emotional stability and physical health, increases the functional activity of the brain, tones the entire body.
Assignment for teachers
Each team has a sheet with the text of finger gymnastics. Teams need to come up with movements and demonstrate gymnastics in accordance with the text.
1 team
"Flowers"
They planted a grain in the ground,
The sun peeped out in the sky.
Shine, sun, shine!
Grow, seed, grow!
Leaves appear on the stalk,
Flowers bloom on the stalk.
2 team
"Rain"

One, two, three, four, five,
The rain went out for a walk.
Out of habit, he walked slowly,
After all, where should he hurry?
On the plate he suddenly reads:
"Don't walk on the lawn!"
The rain sighed softly: "Oh!"
And left. The lawn is dry.
For the organization of the correctional, educational and recreational process with children, I use self-massage of hands... Under the influence of simple massage exercises, muscle tone is normalized, tactile sensations are stimulated, and also under the influence of impulses going in the cerebral cortex from the motor zones to the speech zones, the speech function develops more beneficially.
"We warm our hands"- the exercise is performed on the outside of the palm.
It's very cold in winter
Handles are freezing: oh, oh, oh!
We need to warm our hands,
Grind harder.
Great opportunities in the health preservation of children are provided by breathing exercises... Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova stated: “People do not breathe well, speak, shout and sing because they are sick, and they are sick because they cannot breathe correctly. Teach them this - and the disease will recede. " I would like to introduce and teach you some breathing exercises. Breathing exercises are carried out with poetic and musical accompaniment. I suggest one of many sets of exercises that can be done with younger children preschool age:
"Wood" Starting position - squatting. Hide your head in your knees, wrap your arms around them. Imagine that you are a seed that gradually sprouts and turns into a tree. Slowly rise to your feet (inhale), then straighten your torso, stretch your arms up. Then tense your body and stretch out (exhale). The wind has blown - you are swinging like a tree.
"Pick the apples" The starting position is standing. Imagine that an apple tree with wonderful big apples is growing in front of each of you. The apples hang directly overhead, but you can't get them easily. Look at the apple tree, you see, there is a large apple hanging in the upper right. Stretch your right hand as high as possible, rise on tiptoes and inhale sharply. Now pluck the apple. Bend down and place the apple in a small basket on the ground. Now exhale slowly. Straighten up and look up to the left. There are two wonderful apples hanging there. First, reach there with your right hand, rise on tiptoe, inhale and pick one apple. Then raise your left hand as high as possible, and pick another apple that hangs there. Now lean forward, place both apples in the basket in front of you, and exhale. Now you know what you need to do. Use both hands alternately to pick the lovely large apples hanging to your left and right and place them in the basket.
And now I see how you yourself are impatient to come up with something new, pick up breathing exercises for the verses.
1 team
"Hours"

The clock goes forward
They are leading us.
I.p. - standing, legs slightly apart.
1- swing arms forward "tick" (inhale)
2- swing your arms back "so" (exhale)
2 team
"Cockerel"

The cock flapped its wings,
He suddenly woke us all up.
Stand up straight, legs slightly apart,
arms to the sides- (inhale) and then clap
them on the hips, exhaling to pronounce "ku-ka-re-ku"
repeat 5-6 times.
Where can we use breathing exercises? Yes, at various times of the regime: as part of physical education, in musical educational activities, in morning exercises, after a nap, on a walk, in game activities, etc. Respiratory exercises are carried out daily for 5-10 minutes in a well-ventilated area. I use them as physical exercises in the process. speech therapy classes or as part of it. Respiratory gymnastics is not recommended for children with brain injuries, spinal injuries, bleeding, high arterial and intracranial pressure, heart defects and some other diseases!
If we want our children to have good eyesight, we must devote a lot of time in our classes. gymnastics for the eyes... This should become the norm, the rule of life. As a basis, I chose exercises for the prevention of visual impairment and activation of the eye muscles. Since it is difficult for children to focus their eyes on moving objects, I use bright toys in my work. I do exercises with children while sitting, my back is straight, my legs rest freely on the floor, my head is in one position, only the muscles of the eyes work.
Let's spend, friends, now
Exercises for the eyes.
Perform movements in accordance with the text
One - to the left, two - to the right,
Three up, four down.
And now we look in a circle,
To see the world better.
We will direct our eyes closer, further,
By training the muscle of the eyes.
We'll see better soon
Make sure you now!
Now let's press a little
Now let's press a little
Points near their eyes.
We will give them a lot, a lot,
To amplify a thousand times!
Look left. Look to the right.
Circular movements of the eyes: left - up - right - down - right - up - left - down. Look up. Look down. Blink quickly.

I successfully use the elements in my work acupressure... Scientists have long known that there is a connection between skin areas and internal organs... As a result of acupressure, the body's defenses are strengthened. And he himself begins to develop "drugs" that are much safer than pills.
Do an exercise to prevent colds
In order not to yawn out of boredom, they took and rubbed their hands,
And then with a palm on the forehead - clap, clap ...,
To keep your cheeks awake
We will nibble them a little.
We will stroke the nose, let it breathe well….
And now I want to introduce you to one more method - kinesiology... Kinesiology is the science of developing the brain through specific movement exercises. The founders of kinesiology are American educators, Ph.D. Paul and Gail Dennison. Thus, kinesiological exercises help develop the body, increase the body's resistance to stress, synchronize the work of the hemispheres, improve mental activity, improve memory and attention, facilitate the process of reading and writing, and develop the child's creative activity. Thus, through these techniques, you can help the preschooler not only develop safely and harmoniously, but also prepare better for school. In my work, I use the exercises of Alla Leonidovna Sirotyuk such as: "Ring", "Fist-rib-fist" On the table, successively, changing, the following hand positions are performed: palm on a plane, palm clenched into a fist and palm edge on the table. Do 8-10 reps. The exercises are performed with each hand separately, then with both hands together. Now let's do one more task: Mirror painting... This drawing with both hands at the same time, while performing this task, relaxes the hands and eyes, helps to synchronize the work of the cerebral hemispheres, which makes it possible to more effectively correct deviations in the development of the speech of children. Thanks. These exercises help to synchronize the work of the cerebral hemispheres, which makes it possible to more effectively correct deviations in the development of children's speech.
What is bioenergoplasty? Bioenergoplasty is a new and interesting area of work on the development of children's speech and includes three concepts: bio - a person, energy - force, plastic - movement. Bioenergopastics is aimed at the joint movements of the hands and the articulatory apparatus, which helps to activate the natural distribution of bioenergy in the body. Thanks to exercises for the development of bioenergoplasty, the child's blood circulation improves, while the muscles of the face are strengthened, fine motor skills hands and, accordingly, speech. Dear colleagues, I propose to perform an exercise on the development of bioenergoplastics. I'll show you first and then we'll do it together.
Exercise "Castle"
(Text, pronounced by an adult. Movement or static pose of Hands, Lips and tongue)
There is a lock on the door
Who could open it?
(Clasp your fingers in the "Lock" Close your teeth, stretch your lips in a smile so that the upper and lower incisors are visible).
Twisted, Twisted the "castle".
Now let's try to repeat the exercise together.
Using this exercise as an example, we saw how the articulation apparatus is connected with hand movements.
Outcome of the workshop Dear colleagues, I have shown you the variability of using different types of different methods and techniques for the development of children's speech. I use these techniques in my work and I can say with confidence that they have a positive effect on speech development, the working capacity of children increases, and the quality of the educational process improves. And at the end of our workshop, I invite you to meditate. (performed to calm music).
Let's find our heart, press both hands to our chest, and listen to how it beats. Now imagine that you have a piece of tender sun in your chest instead of a heart. Its bright and warm light spreads over the body, arms, legs. There is so much of it that it no longer fits into us. Let's smile and give each other some light and warmth of our hearts. And now mentally put on your left hand everything with which you came to the workshop today: your baggage of thoughts, knowledge, experience. And on the right hand - what we got new. Let's clap our hands at the same time and put this together. And I can only thank the audience for their attention. You have done a great job, be always healthy!

I.

1. Greetings. Goals and objectives of the seminar. Seminar work plan communication.

2. Exercise "Presentation"

Each participant draws up a business card in any form, where he indicates his name. The name must be written legibly and large enough. The business card is attached so that it can be read.

3-4 minutes are given for all participants to make their own business cards and prepare for a mutual presentation, for which they pair up, and each tells about himself to his partner.

The challenge is to prepare to introduce your partner to the whole group. The main task of the presentation is to emphasize the individuality of your partner, to tell about him so that all other participants will immediately remember him. Then the participants sit in a large circle and take turns introducing their partner, starting the presentation with the words: “For… the most important thing…”.

II. Introductory part

1. Epigraph of the seminar.

Who does not want to use new means,
must wait for new troubles

Francis Bacon

Francis Bacon - one of the greatest scholars of the 17th century, a contemporary of Galileo and predecessor of Newton, the author of the treatise "Moral and Political Experience and Instruction."

Teacher and student grow together:
teaching is half teaching.

III. Theoretical part

The program for modernizing the content of education affects all aspects of the educational process. Its task is to achieve a new quality - a quality that meets the requirements for an individual in today's rapidly changing socio-economic conditions.

Traditionally, the entire domestic education system was guided by knowledge as the goal of learning (ZUNs). The transformations of Russian society in general and education in particular have led to a change in the requirements for students. The “knowledgeable graduate” has ceased to meet the needs of society. There was a demand for a “capable, creative graduate” with value orientations. A competency-based approach to learning is intended to help solve this problem.

Consider the concepts of “competence” and “competence”, which are almost synonymous.

“Competence” is a set of interrelated personality traits (knowledge, abilities, skills, methods of activity), which allows you to set and achieve goals.

“Competence” is an integral quality of a person, manifested in general ability and readiness for activities based on knowledge and experience.

A student is considered competent by the results of the activity if he is able to apply what he has learned in practice, that is, to transfer competence to certain situations in real life.

What methods and technologies does a modern teacher need to master in order to develop key competencies in students? What professional and pedagogical competencies must the teacher himself possess in order to ensure his own professional advancement and development? Under what conditions will competencies be transferred to the level of professional competence? Let's try to understand this issue.

IV. Practical part

1. Business game

Participants are divided into three groups "learners", "teachers", "experts"

The first question for discussion: when is the learner not interested in learning? When is it not interesting for a teacher to teach?

During 5 minutes, participants brainstorm a list of reasons and present them to the group of “experts” who prepare a background note for the audience.

From the answers, experts single out 2-3 problems that are most relevant to this audience and voice them.

Let's assume the following problems are highlighted:

1. Insufficient knowledge of the teacher in modern educational technologies hinders the formation of key subject competences.
2. The development of students' ability to independently solve problems in various fields of activity is impossible without a practice-oriented orientation of training.
3. The contradiction between the frontal forms of organization of training and "passive" methods of teaching, on the one hand, and the need to ensure the active nature of training, on the other hand.

The second question for discussion: will the teacher become interested in teaching, and the student will be interested in learning, if modern educational technologies and methods are used in the educational process?

Within 5 minutes, the participants select at least 3 arguments that, according to the group members, prove the effectiveness of the technology that can increase interest in the learning process.

From the answers, experts single out 2-3 of the most effective, in the opinion of this audience, technologies and voice them.

Let's assume the following technologies are highlighted:

- personality-oriented technologies provide for the priority of subject-subject learning, diagnostics of personal growth, situational design, game modeling, the inclusion of educational tasks in the context of life problems, providing for the development of personality in a real, socio-cultural and educational space;

- health-preserving technologies, a distinctive feature of which is the priority of health, i.e. competent health care is a prerequisite for the educational process;

- information technology allows you to individualize and differentiate the learning process, stimulate cognitive activity and the independence of students;

- gaming technologies allow you to manage emotional stress in the learning process, contribute to the mastery of the skills necessary for cognitive, labor, artistic, sports activities, for communication. In the process of playing, children imperceptibly master what was difficult before;

- problem-developing learning technologies contribute to the development of students' creative abilities; the formation of critical thinking and positive emotions.

design technologies, the essence of which is that the student in the process of working on training project comprehends real processes, objects, lives in specific situations. The design technologies are based on the project method, which is aimed at developing the cognitive skills of students, critical thinking, the formation of the ability to independently design their knowledge, the ability to navigate the information space.

The competence-based approach imposes its own requirements on teachers: the search for new forms, methods, teaching technologies. The teacher needs to navigate in a wide range of modern technologies, ideas, directions, not waste time discovering what is already known. The system of technological knowledge is the most important component and indicator teaching excellence modern teacher.

Among teachers, the opinion is firmly established that pedagogical skill is purely individual, therefore it cannot be passed from hand to hand. However, proceeding from the ratio of technology and skill, it is clear that pedagogical technology, which can be mastered, like any other, is not only mediated, but also determined by the teacher's personal parameters. One and the same technology can be carried out by different teachers, where their professionalism and pedagogical skills will manifest themselves.

2. Workshop

The teachers of the Center apply modern technologies, active teaching methods, new forms of conducting classes and events in their practice.

We consider the most successful application of N.E.Shchurkova's gaming technologies. We have a certain experience and result in this direction.

The game "Problem in the palm of your hand"

Game progress:

Each participant is invited to look at the problem as if from the outside, as if he was holding it in his palm.

The presenter holds a beautiful tennis ball in his palm and addresses the seminar participants: “I am looking at this ball. It is round and small, like our Earth in the universe. The earth is the house in which my life unfolds. What would I do with my life if I had complete control over it? " (music score: music of the universe)

Participants take turns holding an object symbolizing the problem in their palm and expressing their personal attitude towards it.

Endgame commentary: The success of the game is possible if two conditions are met.

First, the presence of an object that symbolizes the problem. It can be a candle, a flower, a nut, a pine cone ... - almost any object, but most importantly, meeting the requirements of aesthetic taste. The teacher's professionalism lies not in the selection of a subject, but in the ability to present it to children. To present an object not materially, objectively, but in its socio-cultural meaning. Candle - fire, light, human thought, mind. A flower is not a plant that produces oxygen, but the Beauty of the world.

Secondly, there can be no “right” or “wrong” answers. The main thing is the movement of thought. Our problems cannot exist only within us, if existence is understood as life in the world of people.

- Human, unlike animals, tends to anticipate events, foresee the future by means of logical operations, analysis of events, actions, words, actions. Our experience influences the ability to anticipate consequences.

Game progress:

  1. The participant reports the completed action
  2. (the actions are written on the cards: “I brought and handed flowers to a good person”, “I rudely laughed at my colleague”, “I love to lie, embellish, blurt out, boast”, “I started smoking”, “Found someone's wallet and appropriated money for myself ”,“ I read a lot ”,“ I started doing exercises in the morning ”,“ I told the ugly one that she was ugly ”,“ I forget why I came to work ”,“ I always bring any business to the end ”).

  3. Before the participant, the Consequences of the incident arise in turn, saying: “I
  4. your consequence is the first, I tell you ... ”.

    Consequence-1 tells what will follow “now” after what the participant has done; Aftermath-2 warns that the subject is "in a week";

    Consequence-3 paints a picture “in a month”;

    Consequence-4 foresees the inevitable “in adulthood”;

    Consequence-5 reports the outcome that the participant will come to at the end of life.

  5. Having listened to the predictions of the future, the participant makes a decision: either he refuses to do what he has done in the future, or he is affirmed in the significance of what he does for his life.

Question to seminar participants at the end of the game: what was thought during the game?

V. Reflection

1. Let's remember what the king of one planet said in Antoine de Saint-Exupery's fairy tale "The Little Prince": "If I tell my general to turn into a sea gull, and if the general does not obey the order, it will not be his fault, but mine." What can these words mean to us? (Answers of teachers).

Essentially, these words contain one of essential rules Successful Teaching: Set realistic goals for yourself and those you teach. It should be emphasized that any pedagogical innovations must be used competently, and the teacher must always be guided by the principle: "The main thing is not to harm!"

2. Question to the participants of the seminar:

- What is the condition for the formation or development of competencies.

So, key competencies are formed, if ( Appendix 3):

  • training is of an activity nature;
  • there is an orientation of the educational process towards the development of the independence and responsibility of the student for the results of his activities (for this it is necessary to increase the proportion of independence of works of a creative, search, research and experimental nature);
  • conditions are created for gaining experience and achieving goals;
  • such teaching technologies are used, which are based on the independence and responsibility of the teacher for the results of his students (project methodology, abstract approach, reflection, research, problem methods, differentiated learning, developing learning);
  • there is a strengthening of the practical orientation of education (through business, imitation games, creative meetings, discussions, round tables);
  • the teacher skillfully manages the learning and activities of students. Even Disterweg said that “a bad teacher presents the truth, a good teacher teaches to find it,” and for this he must have pedagogical competence himself).

Vi. Outcome of the workshop

1. We strive to find forms that will help the team to successfully master the strategy of competence-based learning. And the proposed line of action can help us with this: try it yourself - suggest it to the students - share it with colleagues - find like-minded people - join forces. After all, only together can you achieve the best success.

2. Game "Applause in a circle"

Purpose: to relieve stress and fatigue, to thank all participants for their work.

All participants sit in a circle. The presenter starts clapping his hands and looks at one of the participants. They start clapping together. The participant, whom the presenter looked at, looks at the other participant, including him in the game. Thus, all participants begin to clap.

Municipal budgetary preschool educational institution kindergarten of combined type No. 3 Consultation for teachers on the topic:

"Consultation and workshop as an effective form of methodological work in a preschool institution."
Consultation for teachers "Consultation and workshop as an effective form of methodological work in a preschool institution."

Purpose: Increasing the competence of teachers in understanding the meaning and methods of conducting such forms of methodical work as consultation and workshop.

The preparation of any methodological event begins with the definition of a goal. It is important to answer the questions “What do we want to achieve by organizing this event?”, “What should be the result?”, “What will change in the activities of teachers?”. If the goal is real, then it encourages the teacher to activity, makes him active.

Answering the question "What is pedagogical experience?" Ushinsky explained: “More or less facts of education, but, of course, if these facts remain only facts, then they do not give experience. They must impress the mind of the educator, qualify in it according to their characteristics, generalize, become a thought. And this thought, and not the fact itself, will become a correct educational activity. "

I would like to start my presentation by explaining what a consultation is.

Consultation (Latin consultatio - meeting)- discussion of any special issue with a specialist; meeting of specialists.

Consultations can be episodic, unscheduled and pre-planned. Unscheduled consultations arise at the initiative of both parties: both teachers and specialists responsible for methodological work. Consultations are subdivided: individual and collective, informational and problematic.

The main consultations are planned for a year, and, as necessary, changes and additions are made to the plan. When drawing up the annual plan of the preschool educational institution, each task is solved through consultation, through active methods of teaching teachers, through thematic verification and pedagogical council... Consultation is the first form of work in a holistic system of methodological support for teachers of preschool educational institutions, which helps to eliminate the shortcomings identified as a result of control, prepare teachers for open events... Consultations are characterized by a monologic form of presentation of information.

Each consultation must be carefully prepared. The quality of the presentation of the material can only be ensured by a professionally competent specialist. Therefore, I believe that information consultation for teachers should meet the following requirements:

  1. The content must be scientifically accurate, in accordance with the achievements modern pedagogy, psychology and teaching practice.
  2. The material should be logical and consistent, clearly stated.
    To do this, in preparation for the consultation, it is necessary to draw up a plan for presenting the material in advance. It is advisable to formulate the problems that will be considered during the consultation.
  3. Provide a differentiated approach to the presentation of the material, taking into account the experience of teachers, the age group of children, the type of group.
    Separately plan consultations for educators of groups of different ages and orientation: early age, speech therapy groups, full and short-term stay groups.
  4. In the process of consulting, it is necessary to concretize the advice and recommendations that must be realistically feasible, to ensure the synchronization of the study of the theoretical and practical aspects of each issue.
  5. Think over the use of forms of active involvement of teachers in the course of the consultation.
    Active forms and methods of work should motivate the teacher to study the topic and ensure the consolidation and reproduction of the content of the consultation.
  6. Select methodological literature on the problem, with which, subsequently, teachers can get acquainted.

Each method and form of consultation is not universal. They are purely individual for each theme and collective of the preschool educational institution.

The end result of any methodological event, including counseling, will be high and the return is effective if various methods of involving each teacher in active work were used in the preparation and conduct.

Consultation methods

Changes in public policy in the field of education, a change of priorities, an appeal to the personality of the teacher, to his work, active beginning, have made their own adjustments to the working conditions of the educator, in particular to the methodology for conducting consultations.

Various methods of consultation are used today.

  1. Problematic presentation of the material. The teacher poses a problem and solves it himself, through the disclosure of a system of evidence, comparing points of view, different approaches, thereby showing the train of thought in the process of cognition. At the same time, listeners follow the logic of presentation, mastering the stages of solving integral problems. At the same time, they not only perceive, realize and remember ready-made knowledge, conclusions, but also follow the logic of evidence, the movement of the speaker's thought or the means replacing him (cinema, television, books, etc.). And although listeners in this method of counseling are not participants, but only observers of the course of thought, they learn to resolve cognitive difficulties. The purpose of this method is to show samples of scientific knowledge, scientific problem solving.
  2. Search method. When using the search method, educators are actively involved in putting forward hypotheses, drawing up an action plan, and finding ways to solve the problem. The most common method of consultation is the explanation method. He possesses a number of positive qualities reliability, economical selection of specific facts, scientific interpretation of the phenomena under consideration, etc. To stimulate the attention of educators and encourage them to follow the logic of presentation, at the beginning of the consultation it is useful to formulate questions, contacting teachers, they help to comprehend their experience, express their views, formulate conclusions. Thus, the essence of the teaching method is that:

- not all knowledge is offered to listeners in a finished form, they partially need to be obtained on their own;

- the speaker's activity consists in the operational management of the problem solving process.

The thinking process becomes productive, but at the same time it is gradually directed and controlled by the teacher or the students themselves, based on the work on the programs

  1. When exchanging experience between educators, the method of heuristic conversation is advisable. During the conversation, individual provisions of the studied methodological literature, explanations are given on topics that are of greater interest to teachers, errors in judgments, the degree of understanding and assimilation of new information are revealed. However, the effectiveness of the heuristic conversation will be achieved if certain conditions are met. It is better to choose a practically significant, topical issue that requires comprehensive consideration as the subject of the conversation. Anyone who prepares a consultation in the form of a heuristic conversation should draw up a well-grounded conversation plan that allows you to clearly imagine what knowledge educators will receive and what conclusions they will come to. When organizing a heuristic conversation, it is advisable to alternate the statements of experienced and novice educators. Heuristic conversation, conducted with the aim of transferring knowledge, requires serious preparation.
  2. Discussion method. In terms of form and content, the discussion is close to the method of conversation. It also involves the choice of an important topic that requires comprehensive discussion, preparation of questions for educators, an introductory and concluding speech. But unlike a conversation, a discussion requires a struggle of opinions, the raising of controversial issues. During the discussion, many other additional questions have to be asked, the number and content of which cannot be foreseen in advance. The leader of the discussion needs to have the ability to quickly navigate the situation, to catch the train of thought and mood of the participants, and to create an atmosphere of trust.
  3. Business game. It brings the audience closer to the real conditions of professional activity, visually shows behavioral or tactical mistakes made in a given situation, develops best approaches to the solution of various pedagogical and organizational problems. Direct material development business game includes the following steps:

- creation of a business game project;

- a description of the sequence of actions;

- description of the organization of the game; drawing up tasks for the participants;

Equipment preparation.

Psychologists have noticed that a consultant experimenter who doubts the truth of the data obtained cannot be a good lecturer-popularizer. His thinking should be focused on the accuracy, reliability of the data. Of course, a lot depends on the personality of the consultant, on his self-confidence, and therefore in his achievements.

When organizing counseling, questions arise about establishing an adequate relationship between the counselor and the counselor. There are several professionally necessary qualities of contact when organizing counseling:

  • Sociability;
  • Contact;
  • Dynamism;
  • Flexibility of behavior;
  • Tolerance towards others;
  • Professional tact;
  • Delicacy - the ability to build and maintain one's own line of conduct to the end
  • Ability to analyze the situation of difficulties with the counselor.

The basis for effective teaching activities is a continuous process of teacher education.

Seminar ( from lat. seminarium- nursery, greenhouse) - a form of educational and practical training, in which students (students, trainees) discuss messages, reports and abstracts they made based on the results of educational or scientific research under the guidance of a teacher. The teacher (seminar leader) in this case is the coordinator of discussions on the topic of the seminar, preparation for which is mandatory. During the seminars, the speaker presents lecture material to the audience. In this case, words can be illustrated with films and slides. In the future, a discussion begins, during which all participants can express their opinion or ask a question, as well as try to apply the information received in practice. If we take into account such features, then answering the question of what a seminar is, we can say with confidence that this is an interactive form of training that allows you to achieve high efficiency.

Workshop- one of the most effective forms of methodical work in kindergarten, because allows you to more deeply and systematically study the problem under consideration, reinforce theoretical material examples from practice, showing individual techniques and methods of work.

The main objectives of the workshops are:

- improving the professional skills of teachers in a certain type of activity;

- development of creativity and imagination of teachers;

- discussion of different points of view, conducting discussions;

- the creation of problem situations that allow you to develop common positions in solving the problem;

It is possible to single out a universal structure for carrying out this form of methodological work:

  1. Preparatory work(thematic exhibitions, views of open classes, mutual visits, etc.) - the goal is to identify the problem;
  2. Theoretical part(presentation by the organizer of the workshop, member creative team, multimedia presentation, "questions and answers", etc._ - the goal is a theoretical justification of the discussed;
  3. Practical work(frontally, in groups) - the purpose of this stage is to spread teaching experience, the acquisition of new skills by educators;
  4. Summing up the event- the result of the work can be visual materials (booklets, memos, didactic games etc.), made by the hands of educators, recommendations for their use that all teachers can use.

The workshop-workshop is distinguished by the fact that it includes practical tasks, observations of the work of colleagues, followed by discussion. Teachers have the opportunity not only to master the methods of work, but also to develop themselves a system of organizing activities with children in certain conditions.

In addition, during the workshops, it is possible to discuss various points of view, debate, and create problematic situations, which ultimately make it possible to develop a unified position on the issue under consideration.

An important condition for organizing this form of work is the inclusion of all seminar participants in the discussion of the topic. For this, opposite points of view are considered, methods of game modeling are used, etc. Based on the results of the seminar, an exhibition of the works of teachers can be arranged.

Thus, in methodological work at this stage of development of preschool education, it is necessary to use such forms of work that would contribute to continuing education teaching staff, raised their professional qualifications, provided real assistance to teachers in the development of their skills as an alloy of professional knowledge and skills and the properties and qualities of personality necessary for a modern teacher.

During the consultation, a discussion method is used.

In terms of form and content, the discussion is close to the method of conversation. It also involves the choice of an important topic that requires comprehensive discussion, preparation of questions for educators, an introductory and concluding speech. But, Unlike a conversation, a discussion requires a struggle of opinions, the raising of controversial issues. During the discussion, many other additional questions have to be asked, the number and content of which cannot be foreseen in advance. Therefore, the use of discussion as a method requires a senior educator to have high professional competence, pedagogical skill, great culture, tact. The leader of the discussion needs to have the ability to quickly navigate the situation, to catch the train of thought and the mood of the participants, and to create an atmosphere of trust. The participants in the discussion should have knowledge of theory and a desire to improve their activities.

The concluding remarks briefly analyze the speeches of the participants and clarify the solution of fundamental issues.

Seminars and workshops remain the most effective form of methodological work in kindergarten.

Annual plan preschool the topic of the seminar is determined and at the beginning of the academic year the leader draws up a detailed plan of its work.

Expansion of the plan with a clear indication of the time of work, thoughtfulness of tasks will attract the attention of more people who want to take part in its work. At the very first lesson, you can propose to supplement this plan with specific questions to which the educators would like to receive an answer.

The head of the seminar can be a head or a senior educator, invited specialists. It is possible to involve educators, specialists, medical workers in conducting individual classes. The main task of the workshops is to improve the skills of teachers, therefore they are usually led by educators who have experience in this issue. For example, at a workshop on ikebana, teachers, under the guidance of a specialist, learn the art of making a bouquet. These skills are subsequently used both in decorating a group room and in working with children. And in the classroom of the workshop on making Christmas tree decorations, teachers not only master the techniques of working with paper and other materials, but also develop a system for organizing various exciting activities with children in a group room for the period of the New Year holidays, where the main thing is a Christmas tree decorated with crafts by children, parents, teachers ... Teachers come up with surprise moments, select literary material to create a fabulous atmosphere in the group these days.

For the seminar "Features of the organization and conduct of observations in nature in the summer" educators are offered in advance questions to discuss the problem. For example: How often do you observe natural objects in the classroom (excursions), walks, in everyday life? What do you think is the main thing in the method of organizing and conducting observation? What difficulties do you face? What techniques do you use to develop children's interest in nature and education of observation? What observations in nature have arisen at the initiative of children? How do you support, awaken, develop children's curiosity, curiosity? What influence does their interaction with nature have on children's behavior? Do you use elements of environmental education in your work with children? During the course of the workshop, it is possible to discuss different points of view, launch discussions, create problem situations, which ultimately make it possible to develop common positions in solving the problem. It is important that the results of the seminars are formalized in the form of concrete and really implementable recommendations, and their implementation is under control.

Everything more often the question of the need for parenting education is raised, especially for young mothers, methods of person-centered communication with a preschooler. Therefore, the organization workshop for parents- an important form of work. Various specialists can be involved in conducting such a seminar, who will tell you which toy is preferable to buy for your baby; they will teach you how to organize the game. You can arrange an evening of games for children and adults, in which the workshop leader will be an attentive advisor and observer. He will tell his parents about his observations and notes in the next lesson and give specific recommendations regarding methods of individual communication with the child.

It seems that such work will be useful for both parents and children, and a preschool institution, whose authority in the eyes of parents will only grow. The seminar as a form of methodological work differs from the seminar practiced in higher educational institutions.

The first hallmark is its duration. It can include one or several activities. Sometimes an ongoing seminar is planned for a long period, for example, several months or even academic year... The second important feature is the location of the event. This can be a methodological office of a kindergarten, a group room, or other places (museum, exhibition hall, square, etc.), depending on the goals and tasks that the leader of the seminar should solve. The third sign is the nature of the didactic tasks that are solved in the workshop. It is at the same time learning activities to systematize and improve knowledge, and work on the formation of skills. In addition, during the seminar, the tasks of disseminating pedagogical experience are solved.

The fourth sign is the source of information. This is a word (reports and co-reports of the participants), and actions (performing various practical tasks at the seminar), and a visual demonstration on the topic of the seminar, and pedagogical analysis.

Consequently, the workshop is not limited to a specific time frame and is not associated with a permanent venue.

Properly organized preparation for it and preliminary information play an important role in the effectiveness of the seminar. The topic of the seminar should be relevant for a specific preschool institution and take into account new scientific information.

If the seminar is long, then it is good to prepare a memo to the participants of the seminar, in which to indicate the topic, place and procedure for holding, a list of questions that need to be thought about, a mandatory list of literature that is useful to get acquainted with in advance. It is important to think over the methods and forms of including all participants of the seminar in an active discussion of the topic. For this, situational tasks are also used, work with punched cards, discussion of two opposing points of view, work with regulatory documents, methods of game modeling, etc. The leader of the seminar must clearly think over the tasks for each topic of the lesson and the assessment of their implementation. At the end of the seminar, you can arrange an exhibition of the works of teachers.

Open show. Each educator has his own pedagogical experience, pedagogical skills. Highlight the work of a caregiver seeking best results, his experience is called advanced, he is studied, "equal to".

« Advanced teaching experience is a means of purposeful improvement of the educational process, which satisfies the actual needs of the practice of teaching and upbringing! " (Ya.S. Turbovskaya).

Advanced pedagogical experience helps the educator to explore new approaches to working with children, to distinguish them from mass practice. At the same time, it awakens initiative, creativity, and contributes to the improvement of professional skills. Best practices arise in mass practice and are, to some extent, the result of it.

For any teacher studying advanced experience, not only the result is important, but also the methods, techniques, with the help of which this result is achieved. This allows you to measure your capabilities and decide on the implementation of experience in your work.

Advanced experience is the fastest, most operational form for resolving contradictions that have matured in practice, for quickly responding to public requests, to the changing situation of upbringing. Born in the midst of life, advanced experience is very instrumental and, if a number of conditions are met, it successfully takes root in new conditions, it is the most convincing, attractive for practice, because it is presented in a living, concrete form.

Due to this special role of advanced experience, open screenings are held annually within the framework of methodological work in kindergartens, at which the best experience of work in one of the areas of preschool pedagogy is presented.

Open show makes it possible to establish direct contact with the teacher during the lesson, to get answers to questions of interest. The show helps to penetrate into a kind of creative laboratory of the educator, to witness the process of pedagogical creativity. A manager organizing an open show can set several goals:

Advocacy of experience;

Teaching teachers methods and techniques for working with children, etc.

The forms of organizing an open display can be different.... For example, before the start of the viewing, the manager himself can tell about the system of the teacher's work, suggest questions that should be paid special attention to. Sometimes it is advisable to distribute the questions, for one teacher - to calculate the activity of children, for another - a combination of different methods and techniques used by the teacher, the rational use of manuals, to assess whether the children are comfortable.

Such preparation for open class will help the leader to organize interesting discussion of what he saw, to develop a common opinion of the team. It should be remembered that in the discussion, the first word is given to the educator demonstrating his work with children. Based on the results of open viewing, a decision is made: for example, to introduce this experience into your work, submit the abstracts to the methodological office, or continue generalizing the teacher's work experience in order to present it to the district pedagogical readings.

Thus, when planning methodological work, it is necessary to use all types of generalization of pedagogical experience. In addition, there are various forms of sharing experience: open screening, work in pairs, author's seminars and workshops, conferences, pedagogical readings, weeks of pedagogical skills, an open day, master classes, etc.

Practice shows that the study, generalization and implementation of pedagogical experience is the most important function of methodological work that permeates the content and all its forms and methods. The value of pedagogical experience can hardly be overestimated; it teaches, educates, develops teachers. Being essentially intimately connected with the progressive ideas of pedagogy and psychology, based on the achievements and laws of science, this experience serves as the most reliable conductor of advanced ideas and technologies in the practice of preschool educational institutions.

IN methodical office preschool educational institution it is necessary to have addresses of pedagogical experience.
